To join our Life Sciences team in Neuchâtel, we are looking for a Project Engineer - Aseptic Filling Lines (F/M).

The Project Engineer specialized in aseptic filling lines is responsible for the design, implementation, optimization, and maintenance of aseptic filling systems to ensure efficient production in compliance with quality and safety standards.

The project :

• Project Management: Plan, coordinate, and lead installation or renovation projects of aseptic filling lines from the design phase through to production startup, adhering to set timelines and budgets.
• Technical Design: Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to develop technical solutions tailored to the aseptic production needs of the company.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure that all installations and procedures comply with strict regulatory standards such as GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), FDA (Food and Drug Administration), or EMA (European Medicines Agency).
• Training and Supervision: Train and supervise technical teams on new installations or technical modifications, ensuring an effective transition and skill development.
• Maintenance and Continuous Improvement: Establish preventive and corrective maintenance protocols for aseptic filling equipment and propose improvements to increase production efficiency and quality.
• Interdepartmental Collaboration: Work closely with the R&D, quality, production, and maintenance departments to ensure an integrated and optimized approach to production processes.

Nous recrutons en CDI un Ingénieur Projet ATEX F/H afin de rejoindre notre pôle d'expertise industrielle, dans le cadre d'un projet de grande envergure et de longue durée d'extension des activités de notre partenaire situé à Genève.
En tant que Ingénieur Projet ATEX, vos missions seront :

• Gestion de projet : Gérer l'ensemble du cycle de vie des projets ATEX, de la planification initiale à la mise en service, en assurant le respect des délais, des budgets et des normes de sécurité.

• Dimensionnement des équipements et des installations conformes aux normes ATEX en utilisant votre expertise dans l'industrie chimique.

• Analyse des risques : Évaluer les risques liés aux atmosphères explosives et proposer des solutions techniques pour les atténuer ou les éliminer.

• Collaboration interdisciplinaire : Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes de production, de maintenance et de sécurité pour assurer la conformité aux normes ATEX et garantir la sécurité des opérations.

• Documentation : Préparer la documentation technique, y compris les plans de conception, les rapports d'analyse des risques et les manuels d'utilisation, conformément aux exigences réglementaires.

• Veille réglementaire : Suivre l'évolution des normes et des réglementations ATEX et mettre à jour les pratiques et les procédures en conséquence.

• Work closely with development teams to optimize the resource usage of solutions on our internal cloud
• Provide consultation to application teams & production teams on building & deploying containers & orchestrating them with Kubernetes.
• Provide subject matter expertise & assist in the operations of the Kafka platform
• Conduct Studies & POCs to prepare production principles for new cloud services.
• Design, deliver, and keep up-to-date architecture roadmaps, blueprints, standards with a strong focus on adherence to group standards & production performance and stability.
• Communicate architectural directions and technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Use simulation software to analyze power, resistance, and speed characteristics
• Research emerging technologies for drag reduction and integration into projects
• Assist in developing a versatile marine system design, including propulsion and navigation
• Support business development through technical sales functions and stakeholder engagement
• Collaborate with academic and research institutes on technological advancement
• Contribute to the promotion of Antaes services on top of assistance provided to clients
