Key Responsibilities

1. Transact Project Portfolio Management

• Maintain a consolidated view of all WITT projects and initiatives impacting Transact.
• Build and maintain the overall Transact roadmap, including key milestones, releases and dependencies.
• Ensure that each initiative has a clearly defined scope, owner, planning, dependencies and delivery target.
• Identify conflicts or overlaps between projects and facilitate prioritization when required.
• Monitor the impact of new demands and changes on the existing Transact roadmap.

2. End-to-End Delivery Coordination

• Follow projects from initial assessment through design, build, testing, deployment and post-production follow-up.
• Coordinate the different contributors involved in Transact deliveries.
• Ensure dependencies between Transact and other WITT streams/assets are identified early and actively managed.
• Challenge delivery plans and ensure that commitments are realistic and properly secured.
• Escalate blockers and deviations when necessary and drive remediation plans.

3. Governance & Reporting

• Establish and maintain a clear governance framework for the Transact perimeter.
• Prepare consolidated reporting covering delivery status, milestones, risks and issues, dependencies, decisions required, capacity constraints, key upcoming activities.
• Provide management with a single, reliable view of the Transact portfolio
• Organize and facilitate regular Transact project reviews with the relevant stakeholders.

4. Risk & Dependency Management

• Maintain a consolidated RAID log covering Risks, Actions, Issues and Dependencies.
• Identify critical dependencies across projects and WITT streams.
• Anticipate potential delivery bottlenecks.
• Ensure mitigation and recovery plans are defined, owned and followed.
• Escalate critical risks early enough to allow management decisions and corrective actions.

5. Release & Operational Readiness

• Coordinate Transact-related activities with the relevant WITT release and operational processes.
• Ensure production readiness is assessed before major deployments.
• Track operational prerequisites, cutover activities and post-go-live actions.
• Ensure that project deliveries properly transition into the operational model.

6. Stakeholder Management

Act as the main coordination point between the relevant stakeholders, including:

• WITT OPS,
• WITT IT streams,
• Business teams,
• Operations,
• Transact teams,
• Architecture,
• Testing teams,
• Release Management,
• Production / Support teams,
• external partners or vendors when applicable.

The PM is expected to connect the different teams and proactively resolve cross-stream topics, rather than simply reporting them.

Expected Deliverables

The main missions of the Senior Business Analyst will be to:

• Act as a key conduit between Front Office, Operations, Tax Stream, focusing on STP, process efficiency and recommendations of industry practices.
• Experienced in driving PLWs and able to advise new processes for new Transact applications, preferably with implementation experience. 
• Gathers and documents Transact-focused requirements and translate operational/business needs into functional specifications. Experience in writing a BRD/FSD is a MUST.
• Analyses gaps in functionality and processes across European and Asian sites and proposing solutions to converge and align them into a common design, respecting WMIS standards and allowing for mutualization / reuse as much as possible between sites.
• Analyze and structure new requirements with all stakeholders involved in order to propose to the organization the best way to deliver appropriate solutions and integrate them in the overall program.
• Ensures all requirements are approached from a global perspective for all sites.  Specific solution should only be considered to address regulatory, tax or accounting specific requirements.
• Provides SME support for FATCA, CRS and QI Compliance within Temenos Transact R24 (in line with market standards and regulatory requirements).
• Ensures accurate client classification, withholding determination, reporting and auditability across securities, corporate actions, cash, FX and Derivatives/Structured Products, working closely with Tax, Compliance, Operations and Finance teams.
• Supports configurations of event-driven determination for FATCA/US WHT (US Withholding & Reporting) – Client Classification (US/Non-US, Chapter3 / 4 status), Withholding on US-Source Income (W8 and W9 indicators) and IRS Reporting (1042 / 1042-S data support).
• Analysis of FATCA/US WHT impact on Mandatory (Dividends, Coupons, Redemptions) and Voluntary Corporate Actions (Dividend Options, Dividend Reinvestment Plan, etc.) Events and ensure correct handling of Income Segregation and Withholding at Source vs Intermediary Level.
• Supports compliance with CRS (OECD Common Reporting Standard) – Tax residency identification, Controlling person classification and Annual Regulatory Reporting and Data Quality Controls.
• Supports compliance with QI (Qualified Intermediary) – Beneficial Owner Identification (QI status and beneficial owner tags), Treaty eligibility and documentation validation and Gross vs. Net Income Processing and Reclaims.
• Ensure correct propagation of client tax attributes across Securities Trading, Corporate Actions, Cash and Accounting Services.
• Support configurations of Client Classifications, Instrument Source of Income and Treaty Rates and Exemptions.
• Coordination of testing of tax-driven Tax Re-calculation.
• Support integration with External Regulatory Reporting Platforms, Compliance and Data Warehouses.
• Support regulatory change implementation.
• Collaborate with Temenos and/or integrator for the implementation project and enable our Client internal team to acquire knowledge and deep expertise on Temenos Transact product.
• Drive the definition of use cases for Integration tests with testing team and for User Acceptance Test with end users
• Manage all the decision-making and analysis process allowing designing, validating the solution, and getting the necessary approvals in terms of architecture, IT risk and IT Security, budget and capacity planning.
• Coordinate the implementation from a project management perspective and ensure the WMIS Project governance is applied at each step
• Bring benefits to both the IT tools functionality and potential changes to operational processes affected.
• Ensure that every new solution implemented respects WMIS standards and allows for mutualization / reuse as much as possible between sites.
• Ensure all requirements are approached from a global perspective for all sites. Specific solution should only be considered to address regulatory, tax or accounting specific requirements

The Senior Business Analyst will be the privileged contact for user representatives during the analysis and project phases, and will be responsible for all standard business analysis tasks such as:

• Preliminary studies and analysis (including leading user workshops)
• Cost estimation and planning elaboration and follow-up
• Organize and run dedicated meetings or committees, as required
• Identify and report on project risks, attention points and issues to follow-up
• Requirements and general functional specifications (GFS): Coordination of workshops, minutes, writing GFS, Review and validation with Sponsors, Presentation and support to Dev Team, etc.
• Coordinate with all teams, from same division or other divisions, working on the same project
• Plan the migration strategy and change management activities related to these new projects
• Coordinate, supervise and contribute to Users Acceptance Tests (UAT) related to new implementations and support user sign-offs.
• Ensure the good relationship with business sponsors and stakeholders on each location
• Support production deployment activities, data migration and user training.

En tant qu’Ingénieur Qualité Client F/H, vos missions seront :

• Être l’interlocuteur qualité des clients et accompagner les équipes dans la compréhension et la prise en compte de leurs exigences.
• Évaluer la conformité des activités de développement logiciel aux exigences clients, aux standards internes et aux normes applicables.
• Participer aux revues de développement et aux jalons de validation afin de garantir la conformité des projets et des produits.
• Préparer et accompagner les audits clients et externes, puis assurer le suivi des écarts et des actions correctives.
• Contribuer à l’amélioration des processus et des pratiques qualité en collaboration avec les équipes d’ingénierie.

En tant que Data Analyst Industriel H/F, vos missions seront :

• Recueillir, analyser et prioriser les besoins des équipes métiers pour traduire leurs enjeux opérationnels en indicateurs pertinents et en outils d’aide à la décision.
• Exploiter, consolider et analyser les données issues de sources variées : ERP, PLM, MES, bases de données et équipements industriels.
• Concevoir, prototyper, tester et déployer des tableaux de bord performants et harmonisés, en appliquant les principes de Data Visualization pour garantir des restitutions claires et adaptées aux utilisateurs.
• Garantir la qualité, la cohérence, la traçabilité et la fiabilité des données et des indicateurs, dans le respect des règles métier et des méthodes de calcul communes.

En tant que Chef de Projet Sécurité Maintenance Industrielle F/H, vos missions seront :

• Être le référent sécurité du périmètre Maintenance et assurer la coordination entre les équipes opérationnelles, le département SSE et le coordinateur sécurité (COSEC).
• Piloter les sujets sécurité de bout en bout : identification des besoins, analyse des risques, définition, déploiement et suivi des plans d’actions.
• Assurer le pilotage de la sécurité des équipements et des interventions de maintenance, en tenant compte des contraintes opérationnelles.
• Définir et suivre les indicateurs de performance sécurité afin de mesurer les résultats et d’identifier les axes de progrès.

En tant que Chef de Projet Junior - Machine Spéciale F/H, vos missions seront :

• Gérer des projets de développement de machines spéciales en tenant compte des exigences fonctionnelles, de la faisabilité technique et des contraintes de fabrication.
• Utiliser des logiciels de CAO pour créer des modèles 3D précis des composants et des assemblages.
• Effectuer des analyses de stress et de performance pour garantir la robustesse et l'efficacité des conceptions.
• Préparer des plans détaillés, des spécifications techniques et des documents de fabrication pour guider la production.
• Effectuer des tests et des simulations pour valider les performances des conceptions et proposer des améliorations.
• Assurer une veille technologique pour rester à jour sur les tendances et les innovations dans le domaine de la conception mécanique.
