Vos responsabilités
The Senior Business Analyst will perform the business analysis activities related to Core Banking platforms, Corporate actions processing, payments, and reconciliation systems of International Wealth Management activity in Europe and in Asia.
Job Description:
- The Business Analyst works on banking projects including Core Banking Platforms, Corporate Actions, Settlements and Payments, and Reconciliation systems. Transversal topics involving other domains, with an impact on the Core Banking platform.
- Proactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal third parties to analyze information needs and functional requirements and deliver the following artifacts as needed: Functional requirements, Business Requirements Documents, Use Cases, Screen and Interface designs, Business process designs
- Define requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, tasks, and workflow analysis.
- Drive and challenge business units on their assumptions of how they will successfully execute their plans
- Strong analytical and product management skills required, including a thorough understanding of interpreting customer business needs and translating them into application and operational requirements.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, of managers, subject matter experts, and technical teams.
- Serves as the conduit between the customer community and the technology teams through which requirements flow.
- Develop requirements specifications according to standard templates & methodology
- Collaborate with the team’s experts to establish the technical vision and analyze tradeoffs between usability and performance needs.
- Be the liaison between the business units, technology teams, and support teams
Votre profil
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required
- At least 8 years of Working experience in core banking systems such as Olympic, Midas or Transact
- An experienced Business Analyst in the Banking industries
- Strong knowledge of transaction capture, settlement, and accounting booking
- Expert knowledge of financial products and their underlying (Securities, Payments, Money Markets, Foreign Exchange, Credit, Derivatives and Structured Products, Commodities, Mutual Funds)
- Experience in AS400 is also a plus but not mandatory
- Strong proficiency with PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Visio, and SQL Scripts
- Familiar with project management tools as well as issue and release management, production and support (JIRA, Service Now, PPM tools, etc)
- Excellent communication skills in English, both oral and written
- Singapore Citizens are highly preferred

Le projet :
- Développer, tester et valider des améliorations logicielles pour les machines outils CNC.

Project Manager – Equipment Design
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Manager in Equipment Design to lead the development, design, and implementation of process equipment within a regulated environment. You will oversee technical design activities from concept to qualification, ensuring compliance with engineering standards, project timelines, and GMP requirements.
Your role:
- Lead equipment design projects from feasibility through to commissioning and qualification.
- Coordinate mechanical, automation, and process design activities with internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop and review technical specifications, design documentation, and FAT/SAT protocols.
- Manage supplier relationships, including technical alignment, design reviews, and project follow-up.
- Ensure budget and schedule control across all project phases.
- Oversee change management and risk assessment related to equipment design and modifications.
