Vos responsabilités

The Applications Asset Manager is responsible for ensuring continuity and guaranteeing the quality of the Applications, as well as managing the Application system maintenance activities as follows:

  • ensure the proper functioning of applications and that they can be maintained and upgraded
  • propose methods to increase optimization and efficiency, to ensure the applications can be technically upgraded
  • apply the guidelines of the obsolescence management plan
  • deploy the continuity of service action plan, which includes Disaster Recovery and Live Play

Job Description:

  • Guarantees the proper functioning of applications and that they can be maintained and upgraded
    • Responsible for addressing recurring incidents by working with relevant teams to recommend permanent solutions. Ensures long-term remediation for incidents and problems is integrated into the Application roadmap and implemented.
    • Ensures the Application Sensitivity and IT Continuity document is properly and promptly completed and is timely renewed as stipulated by Group requirements.
    • Ensures non-compliance to IT risk & cyber requirements are addressed or remediated, and the associated risks are identified and covered by risk card if necessary.
    • Ensures application and security vulnerabilities and non-compliance to engineering and architecture rules are addressed or remediated, and the associated risks are identified and covered by risk card if necessary.
    • Complies with and ensures the application of best practices regarding engineering rules, CI/CD, architecture rules, and safety standards.
    • Manage the lifecycle of applications and its components according to the guidelines of the obsolescence management plan.
    • Suppliers’ Management - maintains Suppliers' Relationship, Suppliers’ compliance to contractual obligations and Third Party Risk Management assessment
    • Applications/New Releases versions control and updates in Relman (Release Manager tool).
    • Ensures the consistency of the released version: updated documentation such as architecture diagram, and technical data dictionary; management of the configuration to ensure data consistency in all referential apps (e.g., Refapp, MAP, CMDB, BAM+, cloud register) and accuracy in the application parent/instance links between referential apps.
    • Receives new versions and releases, and making sure up-to-date product documentation and troubleshooting guides are provided.
  • Reports and alerts management of Applications
    • Report on the overall state of application/s, alerts stakeholders the risks the application/s is exposed to, together with their mitigation, to the Application review committee.
    • Reports and alerts regarding deadlines, budgets, and resources to carry out the action plan for the applications.
  • Proposes preventive action plans and areas for improvement to increase optimization and efficiency
  • Deploys the continuity of service action plan for Optimisation

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in IT
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in the Banking industry (MUST HAVE)
  • At least 2 years of experience in Wealth Management
  • At least 2 years of experience in creating Architecture diagrams, with a strong analysis of networks, applications, and integration points
  • Technical hands-on experience in Postgres SQL, Linux/AS400, IBM Cloud, Apache, JBoss, MQ messaging, Kafka messaging, HTTP RESY APIs, CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, MicroServices Architecture, Container Managed Solutions

Nous recrutons en CDI un Métrologue Industriel - Contrôle Dimensionnel H/F afin de rejoindre notre pôle d'expertise industrielle, dans le cadre d'un projet de grande envergure et de longue durée d'extension des activités de notre partenaire.

 

En tant que Métrologue Industriel - Contrôle Dimensionnel H/F, vos missions seront :

 

  • Réaliser des opérations de mesure physique à l’aide de moyens de contrôle tridimensionnels tels que des machines de mesure tridimensionnelle (MMT), des laser trackers et des bras de mesure polyarticulés Faro.
  • Assurer la programmation, la validation et l’optimisation des programmes de mesure 3D, en veillant à leur performance et à leur conformité aux exigences métrologiques.
  • Référent en métrologie tridimensionnelle, vous jouez également un rôle de formateur auprès des équipes internes. À ce titre, vous accompagnez les techniciens dans la prise en main des équipements 3D et dans l’application des bonnes pratiques de mesure.
  • Elaborer et déployer les procédures de métrologie, les fiches d’instruction ainsi que les documents de suivi associés.
  • Rédiger les procès-verbaux de contrôle en analysant, interprétant et exploitant les résultats de mesure et les données statistiques.

  • Maintain the Division/Department architecture reference documentation all along with the changes brought by projects:
  1. IT system diagrams (Division level, or per sub-block)
  2. Application referential (with the help of Application Owners)
  3. Division level principles and related non-conformities and remediation plans
  4. Obsolescence KPIs
  • Lead the solution architecture on the projects he/she is assigned to:
  1. Supporting the Project Manager/Business Analysts during solution ideation, design, and implementation
  2. Collaborating with application teams and Business Analysts/Tech leads of impacted applications to design the solution
  3. Ensuring the alignment of projects with our architecture principles and IT standards
  4. Ensuring the solution is optimized for running on our IBM Private Cloud
  • Support project managers and tech leads along the architecture validation process by:
  1. Leading the build of a consistent architecture documentation
  2. Presenting projects in architecture validation committee
  3. Being the reference point on a set of applications for support/evolution activities
  4. Supporting the architecture process till the go-live
  5. Bringing Cloud and architecture awareness to application teams
  • Being the reference architect on a set of applications for support/evolution activities (having low architecture impacts), before and after they are migrated into the Cloud platform.
  • Collaborate with following roles:
  1. Project managers/Business analyst of major transversal projects he/she is assigned to
  2. Tech leads/Developers, to understand the architecture of the applications/screens and analyze potential issues
  3. Application owner, to update the referential information on applications
  4. Engineering and Production team, to check the availability/compatibility with infrastructure/Cloud services
  5. Enterprise Architects, to facilitate the review and validation process.
  • Ensure the reference documentation is updated all along the changes brought by projects:
  1. Application referential
  2. IT architecture diagrams and documents
  3. Application non-conformities and remediation plans
  4. Architecture principles, checklist, guidelines
  • Provide and share specific expertise on our Cloud capabilities and in selected technical areas
