Vos responsabilités
Job Description:
- Contribute to Life Science projects for Antaes Asia clients
- Manage the routine receiving of goods, including verification of shipments, checking delivery documents, and processing receiving documents for submission to the Quality team for approval if required
- Update the JDE (JD Edwards) system with accurate receiving information to maintain up-to-date inventory records
- Operate a forklift or reach truck to put away goods in the designated warehouse locations after clearance
- Ensure safe handling and storage of goods in compliance with warehouse safety protocols and pharmaceutical standards.
- Coordinate the transfer of materials between warehouses and deliver them to designated users or departments as per internal requests
- Ensure timely and accurate movement of materials within the warehouse while maintaining proper documentation and records of transfers
- Assist in preparing and processing outgoing shipments, such as samples and Bulk Drug Substance (BDS), ensuring that all shipments are packed and labeled correctly
- Coordinate with external couriers and transportation teams to ensure timely dispatch of shipments, while adhering to temperature control and pharmaceutical shipping requirements
- Contribute to the promotion of Antaes services on top of assistance provided to clients
Votre profil
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Diploma or equivalent (additional logistics or supply chain certifications are a plus)
- 2-3 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or supply chain management, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry
- Certified in operating forklifts and reach trucks with demonstrated experience
- Familiarity with JDE (JD Edwards) or similar Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems for inventory and logistics management
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical logistics processes, including handling and storage of sensitive materials
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Understanding of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and other pharmaceutical regulatory requirements is a plus

Chef de Projet Industrialisation Produit Horlogerie F/H
Nous recrutons en CDI un Chef de Projet Industrialisation Produit Horlogerie F/H afin de rejoindre notre pôle d'Expertise Industrielle dans le cadre d'un projet de grande envergure et longue durée, d'extension des activités de notre partenaire situé à Genève.
En tant que Chef de Projet Industrialisation Produit Horlogerie F/H, vos missions seront :
- Planifier et animer les revues de convergences techniques, incluant les plans, le contrôle et les capacités des processus.
- Élaborer et industrialiser les gammes et nomenclatures des nouveaux produits.
- Piloter le planning des activités et gérer la levée des risques.
- Fédérer les ressources impliquées.
- Piloter et mettre en œuvre les évolutions des produits et des processus, en adaptant la gouvernance des séries en cours de vie.
- Capitaliser sur les bonnes pratiques et contribuer à l’évolution des référentiels.
- Piloter la démarche de plans modèles en lien avec les capacités de l’outil industriel.

- Garantir la visibilité globale de la planification des projets NP.
- Proposer des stratégies d’anticipation et d’optimisation des flux.

Pour rejoindre nos équipes près de Fribourg, nous recherchons un Ingénieur Automaticien avec la maitrise de Beckhoff, Siemens, Rockwell.
Le projet :
- Développer, tester et valider des améliorations logicielles pour les machines outils CNC.
- Optimiser les performances des logiciels et rester à la pointe des technologies.
- Collaborer avec d’autres ingénieurs pour intégrer les solutions logicielles.
- Assurer la maintenance des logiciels existants et le support technique aux utilisateurs.
Project Manager – Equipment Design
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Manager in Equipment Design to lead the development, design, and implementation of process equipment within a regulated environment. You will oversee technical design activities from concept to qualification, ensuring compliance with engineering standards, project timelines, and GMP requirements.
Your role:
- Lead equipment design projects from feasibility through to commissioning and qualification.
- Coordinate mechanical, automation, and process design activities with internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop and review technical specifications, design documentation, and FAT/SAT protocols.
- Manage supplier relationships, including technical alignment, design reviews, and project follow-up.
- Ensure budget and schedule control across all project phases.
- Oversee change management and risk assessment related to equipment design and modifications.
- Support CQV teams during qualification phases and participate in design improvement workshops.
- Guarantee compliance with GMP, safety, and quality standards for all equipment.
