Vos responsabilités
Job Scope:
- Project estimation, resource capacity plan, and project actual control
- Develop Project Work plan or WBS for delivery monitoring and control
- Responsible for the project team’s coordination (regular follow-up meetings) and communication with Sponsors (SteerCo preparation & presentation)
- Define milestones with the dependency team and stakeholders
- Conduct workshops and meetings with users and Group Finance to identify project requirements
- Work with users of core banking systems and Finance systems
- Collaborate with the team of multiple divisions and IT teams from the Group to drive the project to completion
- Analyze business requirements and Document Functional Specifications and ensure to obtain sign-off from the Product Owner
- Able to challenge the AS-IS situation and propose solutions
- Participate to the full development lifecycle primarily in requirement gathering design, solution design, construction, SIT, UAT, release, and implementation support
- Work with Solution architects, Application SME’s to design functional solutions and if necessary the development team and Business analyst from other Divisions/Assets for cross-division projects.
- Responsible for managing & reporting functional risks
- Get validation from stakeholders after the UAT
- Full Project governance deliverables
- Project post-go-live support
Votre profil
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required
- At least 10 years of Management with Business Analysis experience in working on Wealth Management Banking
- Experienced Project Manager and Business analyst in the IT team for at least 10 years deliveringprojects for the following functional domain areas:
- Finance reporting process
- Regulatory reporting
- Credit Counterparty Risk
- Management accounting
- Core banking solutions data flows
- Data quality
- Demonstrable experience in a similar role with Financial Services
- Knowledge and working capability of product life cycle
- Good knowledge and understanding of the information flow and various financial services/bank business functions
- Knowledge of the Accounting/Finance system implementation lifecycle
- Experience working throughout the project life cycle; including analyzing and documenting requirements, workshops, testing, and stakeholder management
- Able to conduct workshops with business teams and challenge the requirements
- Strong critical thinker with problem-solving aptitude
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Background from Business analyst and transitioning to PM would be value added
- PMP certified / Scrum certification would be an advantage
- Singapore Citizens are highly preferred

Nous recrutons en CDI un Chef de Projet Industrialisation Produit Horlogerie F/H afin de rejoindre notre pôle d'Expertise Industrielle dans le cadre d'un projet de grande envergure et longue durée, d'extension des activités de notre partenaire situé à Genève.
En tant que Chef de Projet Industrialisation Produit Horlogerie F/H, vos missions seront :

Pour rejoindre nos équipes près de Fribourg, nous recherchons un Ingénieur Automaticien avec la maitrise de Beckhoff, Siemens, Rockwell.
Le projet :
- Développer, tester et valider des améliorations logicielles pour les machines outils CNC.
- Optimiser les performances des logiciels et rester à la pointe des technologies.
- Collaborer avec d’autres ingénieurs pour intégrer les solutions logicielles.
- Assurer la maintenance des logiciels existants et le support technique aux utilisateurs.
Project Manager – Equipment Design
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Manager in Equipment Design to lead the development, design, and implementation of process equipment within a regulated environment. You will oversee technical design activities from concept to qualification, ensuring compliance with engineering standards, project timelines, and GMP requirements.
Your role:
- Lead equipment design projects from feasibility through to commissioning and qualification.
- Coordinate mechanical, automation, and process design activities with internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop and review technical specifications, design documentation, and FAT/SAT protocols.
- Manage supplier relationships, including technical alignment, design reviews, and project follow-up.
- Ensure budget and schedule control across all project phases.
- Oversee change management and risk assessment related to equipment design and modifications.
- Support CQV teams during qualification phases and participate in design improvement workshops.
- Guarantee compliance with GMP, safety, and quality standards for all equipment.
