Job Description:
- Contribute to Life Science projects for Antaes Asia clients
- Lead a team of warehouse assistants in materials handling activities which include but not limited to receiving and processing of incoming materials, apply label to materials, move pallets, re-palletize materials, retrieve raw materials from cold rooms, return raw materials to pallets position.
- Monitor and manage inventory control. Establish SOP for warehouse operation.
- Oversee the daily coordination/planning for inbound and outbound activities to support smooth production execution.
- Ensure accurate and timely receiving and issuance of materials to production from internal warehouse and 3PL to ensure no production stoppages (This includes Cold Room or Freezer materials).
- Raising of materials damage report, materials disposition authorization and any other document to track the movement of inventories.
- Lead and conduct investigation for any inventory discrepancies, violation of GMP and EHS procedures.
- Lead and plan for routine cycle counting activities which may include physical counting, count check, count verify and data entry of count tabulation. Ensure all inventories are properly managed.
- Ensure all documentation is handled, filed properly and data are posted accurately in the SAP system.
- Responsible for all outbound land, sea and air shipments. Ensure shipments are pack and stuff on time for delivery.
- Ensure all material handling equipment such as Forklift and VNA are operated with standard operating and safety procedures and also training of new employees.
- Ensure safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and workstations neat.
- Involve in warehouse verification and qualification of equipment and area of applicable.
- Ensure that all tasks performed follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and comply with Current good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) principles.
- Any other duties assigned by the Superior or Management.
- Contribute to the promotion of Antaes services on top of assistance provided to clients
Votre profil
Job Requirements:
- Diploma/ Degree in Supply Chain or equivalent
- Minimum 7 years in an (GMP) environment8 and 3 years in warehouse supervisory roles
- Knowledge of cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practices).
- Able to adapt to changing work schedules and hours including overtime when required.
- A willing and engaging team player as well as an independent worker, contributing positively to team efficiency.
- Ability to work in a fast pace and challenging environment.
- Good interpersonal, organizational, time management and communication skills.
- Possessing a valid forklift license and able to operate Reach Truck and VNA will be an advantage.
- Prior experience working with SAP and MES system is preferred.

Nous recrutons en CDI un Chef de Projet Safety Industriel H/F afin de rejoindre notre pôle d'expertise dans le cadre d'un projet de grande envergure et longue durée, d'extension des activités de notre partenaire.
En tant que Chef de Projet Safety Industriel H/F, vos missions seront :
- Piloter un projet de développement d'un nouveau produit avec une forte dimension sécurité (« Safety »).
- Assurer la conformité aux normes de sécurité pertinentes, notamment ASPICE et ISO 13849.
- Coordonner des équipes pluridisciplinaires, notamment en développement logiciel et matériel.
- Gérer efficacement les relations et la coordination avec des équipes transversales situées à l'international (Italie et Allemagne).
- Définir et piloter les objectifs du projet en termes de délais, coûts et qualité.
- Assurer un suivi rigoureux de l'avancement du projet, identifier les risques potentiels et proposer des solutions adéquates.
Ingénieur C&Q Inspection Visuelle
- Participer à la qualification des systèmes d’inspection visuelle manuels et automatisés.
- Rédiger la documentation : URS, DQ, IQ, OQ, PQ, rapports de validation.
- Réaliser les analyses de risques (AMDEC, HAZOP) liées à l'inspection visuelle.
- Assurer le suivi et la coordination des tests sur le terrain.
- Interagir avec les équipes qualité, production et technique pour garantir la conformité réglementaire (BPF).
- Être le référent technique CQV pour les sujets liés à l’inspection visuelle.

As MBR Designer:
