Job Scope:

  • Senior Business Analyst (Techno-Functional) – Tax Regulatory Projects, Wealth Management context

Responsibilities:

As a Senior Business Analyst, responsibilities are:

  • Gather the requirements from End Users, Product Owner
  • Write DFS (Detailed Functional specifications) / GFS (General Functional specifications) or user stories and confirm the understanding with the developers.
  • Perform analysis with the Product Owners or BA’s of other applications squads/teams when involved in multi-systems features and interfaces.
  • Work with developers on system design and development/unit testing.
  • Work with the testing team to review SIT strategy, test cases and results to ensure quality of delivery and conduct SIT to ensure quality of delivery.
  • Support UAT (reproduce issues, monitoring, fixing with the team).
  • Support Project delivery and ensure requirements are in-place in Production.
  • Assist the Program / Project Manager and/or DEV team on any governance, security or architecture related follow-up or deliverables. A technical-functional knowledge is required in order to achieve this.
  • Assists stakeholders in diagnosing problems and recognizing issues.
  • Recognizes typical as well as complex and unusual issues, and actions needed to advance the decision-making process. Recommends possible solutions.

In addition, as Business Analyst, you are expected to:

  • Organize and run dedicated meetings, internal & management committees.
  • Proactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal third parties to analyze information needs and functional requirements and deliver the following artefacts as needed: GFS, DFS, Business process design, minutes, review and validation with Sponsors, presentation etc.
  • Analyze gaps in functionality and processes between European and Asian sites and propose solutions to converge and align them into a common design.
  • Be the liaison between the Program / Project Manager (and Business side) and Technology teams.
  • Participate to the full development lifecycle including design, estimation, planning, development support, test support, release, implementation & guarantee support.
  • Support on PM & SM activities on need basis.
  • Vendor management
  • Flexible to take additional responsibilities.

Job Requirements:

Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or finance
  • Experience in working with large, distributed IT teams.
  • Experience on SaaS / Cloud program / projects.
  • At least 12+ years of experience in the IT- banking area
  • At least 8+ years of experience working on Tax or Regulatory topics
  • Good knowledge on Wealth Management banking operations and financial products
  • Good understanding of project lifecycle and experience in functional and technical specification
  • Highly analytical, able to investigate, troubleshoot and determine issues at root cause

Mandatory (Functional Skills)

  • Mandatory experience on any of the given topics: Tax Regulatory, Performance, German Tax reporting, Client Tax Statement Reporting, AEOI/CRS, FATCA, IRS871m
  • Knowledge of banking operations and financial products
  • Knowledge on Banking systems (similar to Olympic, TRANSACT, AAA)

Mandatory (Technical Skills)

  • IT experience: general knowledge (SQL)
  • Excel (example: how to do vlookup, creating pivots etc.

Mandatory (Soft Skills)

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in multi-cultural environment
  • Good presentation skills to discuss/communicate directly with Europe/Asia business users
  • Must be able to work and collaborate with other team members – both Business and IT
  • Must be able to work on flexible hours (weekends, European hours) during tax reporting season

Good To Have

  • Organization and management of tests (SIT / Non-regression, UAT)
  • Methodology (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
  • JIRA, Confluence and Release Management Tools
  • Knowledge on Reporting systems (similar to EasyTax, FiTax, SECTRAS, WM Daten, SIX)
  • Exposure to applications revolving around: Client Management Systems, Data warehouse, Batch processing of reports

  • Work with cross functional team in providing Quality oversight in computerized system life cycle procedure and ensure compliance to GXP standards and company policies and procedures.
  • Provide guidance and support to establish systems for ensuring Data integrity, compliance to CSV Plan and 21CFR Part 11.
  • Act as one of the key focal points for CSV topics such as deviations, change management, investigations, CAPA identification and closure and as a Subject Matter Expert
  • Generate, review and execute protocols / test case for initial validation programs related to GXP Computer systems. -e.g. Qualifications protocols – Software qualification, Input/Output loop verification, hardware qualification.
  • Review and approve qualification documentations like URS, SLIA (system level impact assessment)/ CLIA (component level impact assessment), SRA (System Risk Assessment), DIRA/ DSA (Data security, audit trail review), DQ, SIOQ, HIOQ, FAT, FATSR, Traceability Matrix etc.
  • Ensure adherence to CSV master plans and execution plans for GXP computer systems like DCS, PLC, BMS, MES, eBR, Lab Information systems, Environmental monitoring systems and other Business IT systems like Maximo, Network and ERP systems that are part of the GMP envelope.
  • Any other tasks assigned

Job Description:

  • Contribute to Life Science projects for Antaes Asia clients
  • Lead a team of warehouse assistants in materials handling activities which include but not limited to receiving and processing of incoming materials, apply label to materials, move pallets, re-palletize materials, retrieve raw materials from cold rooms, return raw materials to pallets position.
  • Monitor and manage inventory control. Establish SOP for warehouse operation.
  • Oversee the daily coordination/planning for inbound and outbound activities to support smooth production execution.
  • Ensure accurate and timely receiving and issuance of materials to production from internal warehouse and 3PL to ensure no production stoppages (This includes Cold Room or Freezer materials).
  • Raising of materials damage report, materials disposition authorization and any other document to track the movement of inventories.
  • Lead and conduct investigation for any inventory discrepancies, violation of GMP and EHS procedures.
  • Lead and plan for routine cycle counting activities which may include physical counting, count check, count verify and data entry of count tabulation. Ensure all inventories are properly managed.
  • Ensure all documentation is handled, filed properly and data are posted accurately in the SAP system.
  • Responsible for all outbound land, sea and air shipments. Ensure shipments are pack and stuff on time for delivery.
  • Ensure all material handling equipment such as Forklift and VNA are operated with standard operating and safety procedures and also training of new employees.
  • Ensure safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and workstations neat.
  • Involve in warehouse verification and qualification of equipment and area of applicable.
  • Ensure that all tasks performed follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and comply with Current good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) principles.
  • Any other duties assigned by the Superior or Management.

  • Contribute to Life Science projects for Antaes Asia clients
  • Manage the routine receiving of goods, including verification of shipments, checking delivery documents, and processing receiving documents for submission to the Quality team for approval if required
  • Update the JDE (JD Edwards) system with accurate receiving information to maintain up-to-date inventory records
  • Operate a forklift or reach truck to put away goods in the designated warehouse locations after clearance
  • Ensure safe handling and storage of goods in compliance with warehouse safety protocols and pharmaceutical standards.
  • Coordinate the transfer of materials between warehouses and deliver them to designated users or departments as per internal requests
  • Ensure timely and accurate movement of materials within the warehouse while maintaining proper documentation and records of transfers
  • Assist in preparing and processing outgoing shipments, such as samples and Bulk Drug Substance (BDS), ensuring that all shipments are packed and labeled correctly
