Job Description:
- Contribute to Life Science projects for Antaes Asia clients
- Oversee API manufacturing and plant operations during the 12-hour shift, including supervising critical process steps, resolving technical issues, and ensuring smooth execution aligned with the production schedule.
- Manage non-conformances by facilitating communication within and across teams, providing investigation input, ensuring timely documentation correction, and preventing delays in batch release.
- Support operational excellence by conducting GEMBA walks, identifying improvement opportunities, driving process enhancements, and maintaining the plant in a constant state of audit readiness.
- Lead or contribute to Tier 2 meetings, cross-functional discussions, and safety assessments (e.g., PHA), while ensuring adherence to EHS standards and promoting a proactive safety culture through positive interventions.
- Assist the Manufacturing Manager/Lead in daily planning and area activities, and act as deputy during their absence. Represent the team in cross-functional matters as assigned.
- Prepare and revise SOPs, JSTM, and ensure documentation accuracy. Support execution to minimize human error and provide CAPA input as needed.
- Mentor, coach, and train chemical technicians, participate in recruitment, manage team performance, and cultivate a collaborative, values-driven work environment.
- Contribute to the promotion of Antaes services on top of assistance provided to clients
Votre profil
Job Requirements:
- Diploma/ Degree in Life Science, Chemical Engineering, Science or equivalent
- At least 10 years of pharmaceutical, experience in a GMP environment (preferably API)
- Minimum of 2 years of people management experience is preferred
- Able to work comfortably in 12-hour rotating shift (Day/Night)
- Leadership experience in training less experienced Chemical Technicians required
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English

Nous recherchons un Chef de Projet Construction Bâtiment Biotech pour rejoindre nos équipes LifeSciences en Suisse.
Il est responsable de superviser et coordonner l’exécution des travaux sur site, de la phase d’étude jusqu’à la livraison finale. Il/elle assure le suivi opérationnel des chantiers, en garantissant la sécurité, le respect des plannings, la qualité des travaux et la coordination entre les différents acteurs (internes et externes).
La mission :
Préparation des travaux
- Participer aux études et à la planification de l’exécution des travaux.
- Évaluer les besoins en ressources, coûts et contraintes.
- Définir, en lien avec l’équipe HSE, les mesures de sécurité nécessaires.
- Veiller à la conformité des documents légaux et réglementaires.
- Préparer et organiser les installations de chantier (base vie, accès, flux, énergie).
Supervision et coordination de chantier
- Superviser et coordonner les activités quotidiennes des travaux, incluant les prestataires et entreprises externes.
- Garantir la sécurité opérationnelle sur site (documents HSE, plans de levage, analyses de risques, permis de travail).
- S’assurer du respect des réglementations et exigences internes.
- Suivre l’avancement des travaux et identifier les écarts potentiels.
- Réaliser des inspections régulières (sécurité, qualité, équipements, échafaudages, électricité, etc.).
- Valider les journaux de travaux des contractants.
Communication et reporting
- Produire des rapports clairs et réguliers sur l’avancement pour les Project Leaders.
- Participer aux réunions de coordination technique et de suivi chantier.
- Communiquer proactivement avec les équipes projet (Engineering Lead, SMEs, Project Manager).
- Fournir un retour d’expérience lors de la clôture du projet.
Sécurité (HSE)
- Être garant du respect des standards HSE sur le chantier, sans se substituer aux spécialistes HSE.
- Participer activement aux analyses de risques (JRA, LOTO, PLCA).
- Veiller à la bonne application et clôture quotidienne des permis de travail.
- Signaler tout manquement et appliquer les mesures correctives en accord avec la hiérarchie.
