Main Responsibilities

• Align technical design with functional architecture design.

• Maintain lessons learnt, release postmortem outcomes and convert them into best practices
• Automation approach or suggest automation as and when applicable
• Be in the forefront of communications and having good relationship with any stakeholder involved

Job Description:

• Contribute to Life Science projects for Antaes Asia clients
• Review and verify executed component batch records for accuracy and compliance with GMP/GDP requirements.
• Perform timely release of raw materials, buffers, and media in SAP in accordance with approved specifications and procedures.
• Support Electronic Batch Record (EBR) review activities for production operations.
• Participate in Quality on the Floor (QOTF), GEMBA walks, and provide real-time guidance to operations personnel on documentation practices and GMP compliance.
• Assist in identifying and escalating documentation or process deviations during record review or shopfloor interactions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Production, QC, and Material Management teams to resolve discrepancies or issues related to material release and batch documentation.
• Support QA team in continuous improvement initiatives and data gathering for metrics and trend analysis.
• Contribute to the promotion of Antaes services on top of assistance provided to clients

Job Description:

• Contribute to Life Science projects for Antaes Asia clients
• Conducts activities of equipment power supply and control in order to assure the proper functioning of the plant. Moves raw material and process solvents received by Production Warehouse personnel

1. Loads production equipment and conducts activities aimed to put instruments, services and planting the right conditions to perform in the planned condition required by Manufacturing Formulas, operating procedures or Shift Manager dispositions
2. Documents of all the activities executed or to be executed signing and dating the official production documentation.
3. Communicates and collaborates Shift Manager / Production Support for all the operations to be executed, in solving any anomalies occurred and suggesting possible solutions
4. Autonomously assures the regularity of the production operations (reactions, distillation, transfers etc. etc.) verifying on the control panels and control instruments (DCS, alarms, etc.) the process parameters
5. Collaborates with the Warehouse to pick up materials (raw material and / or process solvents) from delivery areas to the shop floor communicating also to the Shift Manager, critical situations (quantities verification, codes, batch number, etc.)
6. Transfers liquids from trucks to tanks storage and vice versa.

• Reports any anomalies to instruments or equipment to maintain a high efficiency and safety level in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices

1. Maintains a high level of cleaning in the working area dedicating parts of the working hours to housekeeping operations of the department areas and equipment following the instruction of the Shift Manager/Production Control

• Contributes to eliminate inefficiencies and waste

1. During the shift, controls that the work progress in line with scheduling. Assures registration of SIC (Short Interval Control) data which contributes to the control program DWOR (Daily Weekly Operating Report)
2. Analyses with the Shift Manager / Production Support unexpected causes of negative trends

• Identifies inefficiencies and wastes paying attention to quality in the operative activities and processes/products using tools of Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement (root cause analysis, problem solving, workshops, 5S)
• Chemical Technician is expected to support for Manufacturing Shift supervisor as required
• Contribute to the promotion of Antaes services on top of assistance provided to client.

• Drive initiatives to enhance operational processes and equipment performance, aiming to achieve the highest standards of manufacturing excellence.
• Lead thorough investigations into non-conformance incidents, developing comprehensive reports on issues related to quality and Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) observed during manufacturing or batch reviews.
• Proactively monitor existing processes and equipment to identify opportunities for improvement and implement effective solutions.
• Provide strategic input and recommendations on operational improvements that align with business targets and contribute to overall manufacturing success.
• Review and contribute to the development of batch-related recipes (such as those in POMS and DeltaV), manual operations procedures, and additional manufacturing documentation to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Offer expert input or review the design of batch and cleaning manufacturing recipes within the Distributed Control System (DCS).
• Lead and manage digitalization projects that align with and support the company's strategic business objectives, enhancing automation and efficiency.
• Conduct training sessions for operators on processes and procedures, ensuring compliance and proficiency in operational practices.
• Leads/participates in safety risks assessments or participates in process hazard analysis as an operations representative (PHA)
• Actively resolve batch related document errors in a timely manner
• Communicates all events/issues effectively with relevant stakeholders
• Provide inputs for investigation – impact assessment and appropriate CAPA
• Ensures overall plant upkeep during the shift and ensuring plant is always in audit ready mode
• Oversees deliverables ahead, anticipates complexities and prevents potential
• Ensures processes are running as per planned schedule with minimal delays. Highlights effectively to shift supervisor if delays are expected.
