Vos responsabilités
We are seeking an experienced Transformation Project Manager to lead Global Banking Payments and Cash Management IT digital transformation journey. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the development and implementation of digitalization strategies, overseeing the execution of projects, and ensuring that our organization specifically within the Payments and Cash Management business remains competitive in a rapidly evolving digital landscape
Responsibilities
- Develop and Implement Digitalization Strategies: Collaborate with senior leadership to define and implement digital transformation strategies that align with the organization's overall vision and goals.
- Project Management: Lead cross-functional project teams to design, develop, and deploy digital solutions, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery. Owner to planning and developing IT Delivery Roadmap for projects and to monitor the execution from end-to-end perspective.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership, employees, customers, and vendors, to ensure that digitalization initiatives meet their needs and expectations.
- Change Management: Develop and implement change management plans to ensure a smooth transition to new digital processes and systems. Optimising IT Project Delivery resource capacity as well as aligning deployment / implementation windows managed by Application Production Support team.
- Budgets & Forecasts: Support and assist the Domain Head and/or Programme Manager on budget matters
- Digital Literacy: Promote digital literacy across the organization, providing training and support to employees to ensure they have the necessary skills to effectively utilize digital tools and systems.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with digitalization initiatives, ensuring that the organization's data and systems are secure and compliant with regulatory requirements.
- Metrics and Monitoring: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of digitalization initiatives and identify areas for improvement.

Technical
- Familiar with common cash management, payment market infrastructure, systems and products and industry standards at least in APAC
- Strong understanding of digital technologies, including cloud computing, artificial intelligence, and data analytics
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, attention to details, strong work ethics, team spirit, and exceptional customer serving attitude. Operational experience will be an added advantage
- Experience in working with offshore on different time zones, and ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic and multi-cultural environment
- Practice of SDLC and/or Agile Scrum
- Technical / programming background will be an added advantage

Experience in / Proven track record of
- Minimum 12 years of experience in project management, preferably in a digital transformation context
- Managing large scale Cash Management & Payments - IT or transformation project
- Successfully leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects

En tant que Ingénieur Projet Production Thermique H/F, votre rôle sera :
- Piloter simultanément plusieurs projets thermiques complexes et pluridisciplinaires, de l’étude d’opportunité jusqu’à la mise en service des installations.
- Concevoir, coordonner et suivre la réalisation de centrales thermiques (pompes à chaleur, chaudières, échangeurs de chaleur, chaufferies, etc.) dans le respect des exigences techniques, réglementaires et opérationnelles.
- Élaborer ou superviser les livrables techniques : cahiers des charges, spécifications, notes de calcul, schémas de principe, plans, estimations budgétaires et plannings.
- Assurer la gestion complète des projets (coûts, délais, qualité, risques) et garantir l’atteinte des objectifs fixés tout au long des différentes phases du projet.
- Coordonner l’ensemble des parties prenantes internes et externes (bureaux d’études, entreprises, fournisseurs, exploitants) et piloter les consultations, analyses d’offres et marchés de travaux.

- Garantir le respect des délais, des coûts et des exigences qualité.
- Participer à la définition et à la mise en œuvre des processus de production.
- Accompagner le démarrage des équipements et des moyens de production.
- Identifier les contraintes techniques liées à l'exploitation de la salle blanche et proposer des solutions adaptées.
- Assurer la montée en cadence des activités de production.
