What you’ll do

  • Identify and develop key market segments and target customers aligned with the Company’s strategic objectives.
  • Proactively generate new business opportunities through research, networking, sourcing, and relationship-building to expand the client portfolio by doing recurrent on-site clients prospections.
  • Sourcing and recruitment of high skilled talents from different industries to support client’s digital transformation projects and Antaes growth.
  • Own the client journey: tailor solutions, run killer kick-off meetings, and steward partnerships from introduction to renewal.
  • Build and lead a team of consultants: attract top talent, mentor junior consultants, and cultivate a culture of hustle, collaboration, and excellence.
  • Oversee the operational management and follow-up of client projects, ensuring delivery excellence in line with Antaes quality standards.
  • Implement cross-border solutions in collaboration with Business Managers across the group (including Singapore and Switzerland).
  • Slice the numbers: own the annual plan, track revenue and margins, manage your PNL and course-correct with data-driven moves.

  • A diverse and growing portfolio of strategic clients and business opportunities.
  • Consistently high levels of client satisfaction and strong retention rates.
  • Measurable revenue growth and achievement (or exceeding) of company KPIs and targets.

  • Entrepreneurial, hungry, and ready to "own it"—you love sales and chase opportunities.
  • A first experience in Business Development, Sales, Consulting, or Recruitment (client-facing is a plus).
  • Master’s degree or bachelor’s in business, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent hands-on experience).
  • Sharp communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, multicultural, international setting.
  • Fluent in English; other languages are a bonus.

Position Summary
