Main responsibilities:
You will be responsible for:
• Managing the maintenance and evolution of a portfolio of IT solutions supporting medical and anti-doping activities within an international sports environment.
• Acting as the key interface between business stakeholders, ICT teams, delivery teams, suppliers and partners to ensure that delivered solutions meet business needs and expectations.
• Collecting, analysing and formalising business requirements, then translating them into clear technical briefs, user stories, test scenarios and documentation for the development teams.
• Maintaining and refining medical and anti-doping product backlogs, ensuring that roadmaps remain accurate, up to date and aligned with business priorities.
• Coordinating and delivering onboarding activities for business users, including workshops, training sessions and event-based enablement initiatives.
• Supporting the adoption and operational use of digital medical solutions during events, workshops and conferences, including on-site support when required.
• Acting as an escalation point between business units, ICT stakeholders and delivery teams, while helping to remove impediments and resolve operational issues.
• Managing relationships with suppliers and partners, ensuring that service delivery meets contractual obligations, quality standards and project objectives.
• Overseeing solution maintenance and support by testing functionalities, identifying incidents, coordinating fixes and suggesting continuous improvements.
• Conducting quality controls based on predefined metrics and taking appropriate actions to ensure a high standard of delivery.
• Supporting the delivery of projects and products in line with the roadmap, while fostering innovation and identifying opportunities for improvement, optimisation and cost savings.
• Monitoring market trends and emerging technologies in order to identify new opportunities relevant to the medical and anti-doping digital ecosystem.
Expected skills:
• You have at least 5 years of proven experience in B2B product development, product delivery or digital solution implementation.
• You have experience in application maintenance, support and operational delivery.
• Experience in the medical industry, sports environment or international organisation is an asset.
• You have a strong understanding of the software development lifecycle.
• You are able to write clear user stories, manage backlogs and coordinate UAT, functional testing and defect tracking.
• You are comfortable working with business stakeholders and technical teams, acting as a bridge between business needs and IT delivery.
• You have experience with user onboarding, training delivery and stakeholder engagement, ideally in event-based or operational environments.
• You have experience with data visualisation, analytics and data modelling.
• You are proficient with product and backlog management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps or equivalent.
• You have experience with collaboration and documentation tools such as Confluence, SharePoint and Microsoft Teams.
• You understand API-based integrations and REST/SOAP services.
• You are familiar with cloud-based platforms and SaaS application environments.
• You have a basic understanding of IT service management tools and processes such as ServiceNow or equivalent.
• You are able to support and troubleshoot applications in live and operational environments.
• Knowledge of data visualisation tools such as Power BI, Tableau or equivalent is an asset.
• Familiarity with security and data protection principles, including GDPR awareness, is an asset.
• Understanding of system interfaces, data flows and interoperability between applications is an asset.

Contexte du poste
Dans le cadre d'un remplacement congé maternité, notre société de conseil renforce son équipe recrutement. Le/La Chargé(e) de recrutement intervient sur l’ensemble du processus de recrutement des consultants sur le secteur IT / Digital, en étroite collaboration avec les managers opérationnels. Missions principales :
Gestion du processus de recrutement
- Recueillir et analyser les besoins en recrutement auprès des managers
- Rédiger et diffuser les annonces sur les jobboards et réseaux professionnels
- Sourcer activement les candidats (LinkedIn Recruiter, bases de données…)
- Sélectionner les candidatures et conduire les entretiens RH
- Coordonner les entretiens avec les managers et assurer le suivi des candidats
- Participer à la décision finale et à la négociation salariale
- Assurer une expérience candidat qualitative tout au long du processus
Gestion et animation du vivier de talents
- Développer et entretenir un vivier de candidats qualifiés

En tant que Concepteur Mécanique Machine Spéciale, vos missions seront :
- Concevoir et développer des machines spéciales en tenant compte des exigences fonctionnelles, de la faisabilité technique et des contraintes de fabrication.
- Utiliser des logiciels de CAO pour créer des modèles 3D précis des composants et des assemblages.

We are looking for a suitable Senior Business Analyst to join a multi-year project.
The role is required to work closely with
- Group & Local Finance team on the requirements finalization with new banking system, Credit system and mapping.
- Finance Head Office team in Europe who is the Product Owner & Local Regulatory teams of each site.
- System SME to perform studies to identify gaps and prepare project requirements for System transformation.
- Document Functional Specification and obtain business validation.
- Users from Asia and Europe on requirements and UAT validation.
- Technical team during the development & testing phases.
Direct Responsibilities
- Organize workshops with respective stakeholders and assess business needs.
- Perform study with the Group & Local Finance teams and vendor/consulting team (if required) to align on the requirements, data mappings and functionalities/scope.
- Drive and plan the application impact analysis after Business workshop.
- Ensure the functional mappings/data comply with local and Group expectations.

- Translate the requirements into non-functional specifications for technology teams to develop.
- Conducting user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensuring a smooth transition to new systems.
