About the role
We are recruiting a Créo Mechanical Designer F/H on a permanent contract to join our Industrial Expertise division, as part of a large-scale, long-term project to expand our partner's industrial activities.
En tant que Concepteur Mécanique Créo F/H, vos missions seront :
- Transfer and update technical files in the current data management database.
- Draw up complete component and assembly definition files, including mock-ups, geometric drawings and associated data.
- Search archives and legacy systems for existing definitions.
- Check and validate the accuracy of definition data when re-using it.
- Identify and coordinate requirements for geometric analysis, composition, material condition, assembly and marking.
- Propose definition changes and lead technical validation sessions.
- Support remanufacturing projects and manage the necessary adaptations.
- Use management and traceability tools to monitor activities.
- Write technical files in accordance with the processes applied to the components of production watches.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by proposing, communicating and optimizing methodologies.
Your profile
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent.
- Expérience confirmée en conception (minimum 6 ans), dont au moins 4 ans dans le domaine horloger idéalement.
- Solides compétences techniques en conception, matériaux, mécanique appliquée et construction fonctionnelle.
- Bonne maîtrise des procédés de fabrication, de finition et d’assemblage.
- Excellente maîtrise des outils de conception et de gestion : Creo, PDMLink.
- Capacité à structurer, piloter et développer de nouvelles activités.
- Personnalité attentive, disponible et ouverte d’esprit.
- Esprit analytique, réactif et apte à gérer les situations imprévues.
- Excellentes compétences de communication, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit, avec une aisance dans la synthèse et le détail.
- Sens aigu de l’organisation et méthode de travail rigoureuse.
- Goût prononcé pour la transmission des connaissances et le partage du savoir-faire.

Gestionnaire de données CAO NX / CREO (F/H)
Nous recrutons en CDI un Gestionnaire de données CAO NX / CREO (F/H) afin de rejoindre notre pôle d'expertise, dans le cadre d'un projet de grande envergure et longue durée, d'extension des activités industrielles de notre partenaire.
En tant que Gestionnaire de données CAO NX / CREO (F/H), votre rôle sera :
- Reconstruire les modèles CAO 3D sous NX à partir des fichiers existants sous Creo.
- Recréer les plans 2D sous NX en intégrant l’ensemble des cotations associées.
- Enregistrer les fichiers NX créés dans la base de données et le nouveau PLM.
- Analyser de manière critique la construction des modèles 3D et la cotation des plans 2D existants.
- Proposer des améliorations pour optimiser la modélisation des pièces et la cotation des plans.
Gestionnaire de données SAP PM (F/H)
Nous recrutons en CDI un Gestionnaire de données SAP PM (F/H) afin de rejoindre notre pôle d'expertise, dans le cadre d'un projet de grande envergure et longue durée, d'extension des activités industrielles de notre partenaire.
En tant que Gestionnaire de données SAP PM (F/H), votre rôle sera :
- Créer, mettre à jour et maintenir les données de base des équipements dans SAP, en veillant à leur cohérence avec la réalité du terrain.
- Mesurer et améliorer en continu la qualité des données à l’aide des indicateurs de performance métiers.
- Analyser et corriger les écarts de données constatés lors des interventions ou des transferts d’équipements.
- Participer aux projets transverses en tant que coordinateur technique et utilisateur référent (K-User).
- Réaliser les tests fonctionnels dans SAP et les systèmes associés, et identifier les pistes d’amélioration.
- Numériser et intégrer la documentation technique des fournisseurs dans les systèmes.
- Assurer le support de premier niveau pour les incidents SAP et coordonner les demandes d’évolution auprès des équipes IT.
- Résoudre les anomalies et traiter les demandes opérationnelles en appui aux équipes métiers.
Industrial Data Analyst
We are recruiting an Industrial Data Analyst (M/F) on a permanent contract to join our expertise center as part of a large-scale, long-term project to expand our partner's activities.
As an Industrial Data Analyst, your responsibilities will include:
- Contribuer activement aux initiatives du site en définissant les indicateurs clés de performance.
- Collecter et traiter les données provenant de sources variées : ERP, PLM, MES, LES et équipements.
- Présenter les résultats des analyses à l’aide d’outils de visualisation pour en faciliter la compréhension.
- Comprendre les enjeux métier et les traduire en approches analytiques adaptées.
- Collaborer avec le département informatique pour automatiser le traitement des flux de données.
- Optimiser les outils d’analyse et de pilotage existants.

Senior Business Analyst
We are looking for a suitable Senior Business Analyst to join a multi-year project.
The role is required to work closely with
- Group & Local Finance team on the requirements finalization with new banking system, Credit system and mapping.
- Finance Head Office team in Europe who is the Product Owner & Local Regulatory teams of each site.
- System SME to perform studies to identify gaps and prepare project requirements for System transformation.
- Document Functional Specification and obtain business validation.
- Users from Asia and Europe on requirements and UAT validation.
- Technical team during the development & testing phases.
Direct Responsibilities
- Organize workshops with respective stakeholders and assess business needs.
- Perform study with the Group & Local Finance teams and vendor/consulting team (if required) to align on the requirements, data mappings and functionalities/scope.
- Drive and plan the application impact analysis after Business workshop.
- Ensure the functional mappings/data comply with local and Group expectations.
- Documenting detailed business requirements and functional specifications.
- Translate the requirements into non-functional specifications for technology teams to develop.
- Conducting user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensuring a smooth transition to new systems.
- Identify any bottlenecks and recommend improvements.
- Collaborate with technology teams to ensure seamless integration and development of the application or data interface flows.
- Build and maintain the Backlog of requirements, transformations and adaptations.
- Work with various Stakeholders, to implement the deliverables and to resolve challenges and issues.
- Involvement in full development lifecycle, from Elaboration->Build->Transition->Production.
- Adhere to WMIS Governance and guiding principles.
- Business requirements consolidation and formal validation from sponsor/product owner.
- Prepare migration and testing strategy consolidation and formal validation.
- Coordinate with all teams, from same division or other divisions, working on the same program.
- Work with the development team, Business analyst, Solution architects, Application SMEs to design the functional solutions
