Job context

Dans le cadre d'un remplacement congé maternité, notre société de conseil renforce son équipe recrutement. Le/La Chargé(e) de recrutement intervient sur l’ensemble du processus de recrutement des consultants sur le secteur IT / Digital, en étroite collaboration avec les managers opérationnels. Initialement prévu jusqu'à avril 2027, une possibilité de CDI sera étudiée à l'issue de la période.

Main tasks :

Recruitment process management

• Collect and analyze recruitment needs from managers
• Write and post job ads on job boards and professional networks
• Actively source candidates (LinkedIn Recruiter, databases, etc.)
• Selecting applications and conducting HR interviews
• Coordinate interviews with managers and follow up with candidates
• Participate in the final decision and salary negotiation
• Ensure a high-quality candidate experience throughout the entire process

Management and coordination of the talent pool

• Develop and maintain a pool of qualified candidates
• Update and use the ATS/recruitment CRM
• Monitor recruitment performance indicators (KPIs)

Monitoring and continuous improvement

• Monitoring the Swiss job market and shortage occupations
• Propose measures to optimize recruitment processes

We are recruiting an Industrialization Process Investment Project Manager on a permanent contract to join our industrial expertise team in a large-scale, long-term project to expand our partner's activities.

As Project Manager, your responsibilities will include :

• Running several investment projects in parallel
• Manage the development, acceptance/integration/qualification of new equipment
• Manage need and risk analysis phases
• Define specifications according to quality standards
• Define objectives, schedules and resources and ensure that project milestones are met
• Identify suppliers and support them in the development of machines/process equipment
• Coordinate and lead multidisciplinary teams and unite them around projects and best practices.

As a Special Machine Mechanical Designer, your responsibilities will include :

• Design and develop special machines, taking into account functional requirements, technical feasibility and manufacturing constraints.
• Use CAD software to create accurate 3D models of components and assemblies.
• Carry out stress and performance analyses to guarantee the robustness and efficiency of designs.
• Prepare detailed drawings, technical specifications and manufacturing documents to guide production.
• Carry out tests and simulations to validate design performance and suggest improvements.
• Maintain a technology watch to keep abreast of trends and innovations in mechanical design.

We are looking for a suitable Senior Business Analyst to join a multi-year project.

The role is required to work closely with

• Group & Local Finance team on the requirements finalization with new banking system, Credit system and mapping.
• Finance Head Office team in Europe who is the Product Owner & Local Regulatory teams of each site.
• System SME to perform studies to identify gaps and prepare project requirements for System transformation.
• Document Functional Specification and obtain business validation.
• Users from Asia and Europe on requirements and UAT validation.
• Technical team during the development & testing phases.

Direct Responsibilities

• Organize workshops with respective stakeholders and assess business needs.
• Perform study with the Group & Local Finance teams and vendor/consulting team (if required) to align on the requirements, data mappings and functionalities/scope.
• Drive and plan the application impact analysis after Business workshop.
• Ensure the functional mappings/data comply with local and Group expectations.
• Documenting detailed business requirements and functional specifications.
• Translate the requirements into non-functional specifications for technology teams to develop.
• Conducting user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensuring a smooth transition to new systems.
• Identify any bottlenecks and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with technology teams to ensure seamless integration and development of the application or data interface flows.
• Build and maintain the Backlog of requirements, transformations and adaptations.
• Work with various Stakeholders, to implement the deliverables and to resolve challenges and issues.
• Involvement in full development lifecycle, from Elaboration->Build->Transition->Production.
• Adhere to WMIS Governance and guiding principles.
• Business requirements consolidation and formal validation from sponsor/product owner.
• Prepare migration and testing strategy consolidation and formal validation.
• Coordinate with all teams, from same division or other divisions, working on the same program.
• Work with the development team, Business analyst, Solution architects, Application SMEs to design the functional solutions

We are recruiting a Watchmaking Product Industrialization Project Manager on a permanent contract to join our Industrial Expertise division as part of a large-scale, long-term project to expand the activities of our partner in Geneva.

As a Watchmaking Product Industrialization Project Manager, your responsibilities will include :

• Plan and lead technical convergence reviews, including process plans, controls and capabilities.
• Develop and industrialize ranges and bills of materials for new products.
• Manage activity planning and risk management.
• Unite the resources involved.
• Manage and implement product and process evolutions, adapting the governance of series during their life cycle.
• Capitalize on best practices and contribute to the development of reference systems.
• Manage the model plan approach in line with industrial tool capacities.

Nous recrutons en CDI un Formateur Outils Bureautiques H/F afin de rejoindre notre pôle d'expertise dans le cadre d'un projet de grande envergure et longue durée, d'extension des activités de notre partenaire.

En tant que Formateur Outils Bureautiques H/F vos missions seront :

• Former les collaborateurs en présentiel et en classes virtuelles, et les accompagner dans la mise en pratique sur leur poste de travail.
• Identifier et analyser les nouveaux besoins en formation en collaboration avec les demandeurs.
• Évaluer la qualité des formations dispensées et mettre en œuvre les améliorations nécessaires.
• Assurer le suivi des participants : inscriptions, vérification des prérequis, conseils, évaluations des progrès et des acquis.
• Coordonner les principaux domaines de la formation continue informatique avec les partenaires internes.
• Gérer et assurer le suivi des relations avec les formateurs externes.
• Participer à la conception et au développement de nouvelles formations.
