Launch of new products

• Preparation of production files
• Definition and optimization of2D/3Dlaser machining strategies
• Close collaboration with the technical office and methods teams

Technical studies and feasibility

• Analysis of clients requests clients specifications
• Feasibility studies according to materials (metals, polymers, ceramics, etc.)
• Research and definition of suitable laser parameters (power, frequency, speed, focus, etc.)

Continuous improvement & R&D

• Optimization of existing processes (quality, speed, repeatability)
• Participation in R&D projects and the development of new processes
• Technology watch on Femto/Nano laser processes

Industrial support and maintenance

• Participation in preventive and corrective maintenance of laser equipment
• Fault diagnosis and improvement of machine availability

You will also be responsible for graphic standards and the administration of CAD/CAM tools.

The project :

• Manage CAD Process work requests carried out internally or by external partners.
• Create, modify, and update technical documents (P&IDs, network diagrams, mechanical drawings, parts lists, etc.) using AutoCAD.
• Update the 3D model of the site with E3D.
• Ensure the proper management, storage, and archiving of technical documentation in the document management system (creation, versions, approvals, etc.).
• Administer CAD/CAM tools and participate in their development (configuration, software updates, IT collaboration).
• Draft specifications for subcontractors and ensure CAD/CAM standards are met on site.
• Collaborate with project and maintenance teams to ensure technical, graphic, and regulatory compliance of documents.

Your projects:

• Conduct technical studies from the design phase through to implementation, in accordance with site standards and procedures.
• Overseeing the chemical engineering aspects of projects (safety, budget, scheduling, technical coordination, monitoring deliverables)
