To join our Life Sciences team in Neuchâtel, we are looking for a Project Engineer - Aseptic Filling Lines (F/M).

The Project Engineer specialized in aseptic filling lines is responsible for the design, implementation, optimization, and maintenance of aseptic filling systems to ensure efficient production in compliance with quality and safety standards.

The project:

• Project Management: Plan, coordinate, and lead installation or renovation projects of aseptic filling lines from the design phase through to production startup, adhering to set timelines and budgets.
• Technical Design: Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to develop technical solutions tailored to the aseptic production needs of the company.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure that all installations and procedures comply with strict regulatory standards such as GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), FDA (Food and Drug Administration), or EMA (European Medicines Agency).
• Training and Supervision: Train and supervise technical teams on new installations or technical modifications, ensuring an effective transition and skill development.
• Maintenance and Continuous Improvement: Establish preventive and corrective maintenance protocols for aseptic filling equipment and propose improvements to increase production efficiency and quality.
• Interdepartmental Collaboration: Work closely with the R&D, quality, production, and maintenance departments to ensure an integrated and optimized approach to production processes.

We are recruiting an ATEX Project Engineer F/H on a permanent contract to join our industrial expertise division, as part of a large-scale, long-term project to expand the activities of our partner in Geneva.
As an ATEX Project Engineer, your tasks will be :

• Project management: Manage the entire lifecycle of ATEX projects, from initial planning to commissioning, ensuring compliance with deadlines, budgets and safety standards.

• Designing ATEX-compliant equipment and installations using your expertise in the chemical industry.

• Risk analysis: Assess the risks associated with explosive atmospheres and propose technical solutions to mitigate or eliminate them.

• Interdisciplinary collaboration: Work closely with production, maintenance and safety teams to ensure ATEX compliance and safe operations.

• Documentation: Prepare technical documentation, including design drawings, risk analysis reports and user manuals, in accordance with regulatory requirements.

• Regulatory watch: Monitor changes in ATEX standards and regulations and update practices and procedures accordingly.
