About the role

Job Responsibilities

  • Review the forecast in Anaplan every month on your product category, together with the merchandising team.
  • Follow up the business trends and run different analysis by product lines/by countries to help improve the forecast accuracy and anticipate trends as much as possible
  • Prepare and lead the forecast meeting validation
  • Build partnership with Merchandising during the buying session for each collection
  • Coordinate with Central & Regional teams on the new product launch strategy
  • Coordinate with Regional Distribution team to follow up on high-low products trends/ shortages.
  • Identify opportunities of product growth in relation with Merchandising
  • Implement & dispatch communication towards different departments
  • Work on different projects for the team to improve efficiency and visibility
  • Any other duties as assigned by your reporting manager.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma in Supply Chain Management or other related discipline
  • Minimum work experience of 3 years in the related discipline
  • Relevant experience in Sales Planning is required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Team player
  • Strong self-motivation and able to work under pressure
  • Analytical skills and sensitive to numbers
  • Knowledge in Anaplan and PowerBI will be a valuable advantage

Shift Manufacturing Engineer

Job Description:

  • Contribute to Life Science projects for Antaes Asia clients
  • Oversee the execution of manufacturing batches according to defined instructions, ensuring strict compliance with SOPs, training, and real-time monitoring of critical process steps for seamless operations.
  • Collaborate on the development, review, and optimization of batch and cleaning recipes within DCS systems such as DeltaV and POMS, including manual and ad-hoc documentation.
  • Lead or contribute to digitalization and continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing process efficiency, reducing complexity, and supporting strategic site goals.
  • Support troubleshooting efforts during process deviations or equipment issues by coordinating timely corrective actions with cross-functional teams.
  • Provide training and guidance to chemical operators on operational best practices, equipment changes, OSW, and risk assessments.
  • Participate in the commissioning, qualification, and validation phases of capital projects to ensure smooth integration into routine operations.
  • Maintain compliance with environmental, health, and safety policies by participating in safety risk assessments and process hazard analysis as the operations representative.
  • Ensure documentation accuracy by proactively resolving batch record discrepancies, contributing to investigations, and supporting timely CAPA implementation.
  • Monitor shift deliverables, anticipate operational challenges, and ensure production timelines are met, highlighting potential delays to supervisors when necessary.
  • Uphold plant readiness standards at all times, ensuring the facility remains audit-ready and operationally sound

Senior Shift Supervisor

Job Description:

  • Contribute to Life Science projects for Antaes Asia clients
  • Oversee API manufacturing and plant operations during the 12-hour shift, including supervising critical process steps, resolving technical issues, and ensuring smooth execution aligned with the production schedule.
  • Manage non-conformances by facilitating communication within and across teams, providing investigation input, ensuring timely documentation correction, and preventing delays in batch release.
  • Support operational excellence by conducting GEMBA walks, identifying improvement opportunities, driving process enhancements, and maintaining the plant in a constant state of audit readiness.
  • Lead or contribute to Tier 2 meetings, cross-functional discussions, and safety assessments (e.g., PHA), while ensuring adherence to EHS standards and promoting a proactive safety culture through positive interventions.
  • Assist the Manufacturing Manager/Lead in daily planning and area activities, and act as deputy during their absence. Represent the team in cross-functional matters as assigned.
  • Prepare and revise SOPs, JSTM, and ensure documentation accuracy. Support execution to minimize human error and provide CAPA input as needed.
  • Mentor, coach, and train chemical technicians, participate in recruitment, manage team performance, and cultivate a collaborative, values-driven work environment.

Plant Maintenance Engineer

Job Description:

  • Contribute to Life Science projects for Antaes Asia clients
  • Develop preventive and predictive maintenance plans for process equipment and utilities.
  • Define and implement asset management strategies to ensure equipment reliability and regulatory compliance.
  • Structure and validate Bills of Materials (BOMs) for equipment and spare parts inventory.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to input accurate equipment data into Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
  • Support and lead Installation Qualification (IQ) and Performance Qualification (PQ) activities for new equipment and utilities.
  • Ensure all commissioning documentation and protocols are complete and in alignment with GMP expectations.
  • Take ownership of critical utilities, including HVAC, Water for Injection (WFI), Purified Water (PW), and Clean Steam systems.
  • Monitor, trend, and maintain system parameters within specified ranges to meet regulatory and operational standards.
  • Identify areas of improvement and drive reliability-centered maintenance (RCM) practices.
  • Support audits and inspections by maintaining equipment documentation and ensuring systems are audit-ready.
  • Work closely with process engineering, validation, QA, EHS, and manufacturing during plant startup and routine operations.
  • Participate in design reviews, HAZOPs, FATs/SATs as needed for utility and equipment systems.
