About the role

We are hiring a Supply Chain Product Owner (M/F) for a permanent position to join our industrial expertise division as part of a large-scale, long-term project to expand our partner’s operations.

 

As a Supply Chain Product Owner – Industrial Sector (M/F), your responsibilities will include:

 

  • Managing the delivery process to maximize the value delivered: coordinating the implementation of changes, ensuring milestones are met, and continuously prioritizing tasks.
  • Manage and prioritize the backlog (tickets, feature requests, and fixes) based on value, risks, dependencies, and operational constraints.
  • Requirement gathering, scoping, and formalization: facilitating workshops, drafting user stories, defining acceptance criteria, and preparing for functional testing.
  • Communicating and sharing updates on progress, trade-offs, and impacts with various stakeholders (field staff, IT, management).
  • Ensuring quality, reliability, and service continuity, in close collaboration with the Application Support team.
  • Developing technical expertise in L.E.S.: interfaces, workflows, configuration, and functional architecture to guide decision-making, evaluate solutions, and anticipate impacts.

Your profile

  • Proven experience in IT project management, ideally in an industrial or logistics setting.
  • Excellent coordination and stakeholder management skills: facilitation, communication, and a collaborative spirit.
  • Proficiency in managing cross-functional transformation projects with a strong user-centric focus.
  • Proactivity, attention to detail, initiative, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a multi-site environment and support change.
