About the role
We are recruiting a Time & Industrial Performance Expert (M/F) on a permanent contract to join our expertise center as part of a large-scale, long-term project to expand our partner's activities.
As a Time & Industrial Performance Estimating Expert, your responsibilities will include:
- Structurer et formaliser les impacts stratégiques afin de piloter la performance globale de l’entreprise à travers le déploiement d’une véritable culture du temps.
- Provide recognized expertise and monitor methodologies for time measurement fundamentals and methods for calculating associated impacts.
- Define, formalize, and optimize business rules, standards, and processes related to the calculation of operating times.
- Design and deploy performance indicators and metrics to monitor activity and process efficiency.
- Intervenir en tant qu’expert chiffrage des temps sur les projets de la division, en collaboration étroite avec les équipes Production, Industrialisation, Gestion, Finances ainsi qu’avec les partenaires internes et externes.
- Accompagner, former et sensibiliser les équipes, les partenaires et la hiérarchie, en jouant un rôle moteur dans la diffusion et l’appropriation de la culture du temps au sein de l’organisation.
Your profile
- Solide expérience en gestion de projets d’innovation et d’amélioration continue, incluant la gestion de portefeuilles projets.
- Expérience confirmée en coordination et animation d’équipes (5 à 10 ans), avec une capacité éprouvée à piloter et fédérer des réseaux site et multisites.
- Maîtrise des méthodes de chiffrage des temps opératoires, de l’analyse de processus et des référentiels industriels.
- Excellente connaissance des outils d’analyse de données et des systèmes d’information industriels (ERP, MES, etc.).
- Excellent interpersonal and teaching skills, with a strong ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of people.
- Strong leadership, professional rigor, and the ability to bring teams together, support them, and train them in best practices.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle and resolve complex issues.
