About the role

In order to support our client in its various transformation projects, we are looking for a Change Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for..:

  • Deploy a methodology and a targeted change management plan
  • Implement the change management plan
  • Identify and manage potential areas of resistance to encourage end-user buy-in
  • Document and communicate the elements of change to the various levels of the company
  • Participate in communities of champions, develop the skills of Key Users and promote global support for change.
  • Establish training contents and methodologies
  • Supporting project stakeholders, acting as a coach.

Your profile

  • You are a graduate (University, EPF,...)
  • You have at least 5 years' experience in change management
  • You speak French and have a good level of English.
  • You have a good change management methodology (PROSCI, ADKAR, etc.).
  • You have experience of industrial production and supply chain environments.

  • Check and validate the accuracy of definition data when re-using it.
  • Identify and coordinate requirements for geometric analysis, composition, material condition, assembly and marking.
  • Propose definition changes and lead technical validation sessions.
  • Support remanufacturing projects and manage the necessary adaptations.
  • Use management and traceability tools to monitor activities.
  • Write technical files in accordance with the processes applied to the components of production watches.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by proposing, communicating and optimizing methodologies.
