We are recruiting an 80% - 100% Office Tools Trainer to join our team of experts as part of a large-scale, long-term project to expand our partner's activities in Biel.

 

As an Office Tools Training Manager, your responsibilities will include :

  • Meet continuing education needs in terms of Office Automation and Collaborative Tools to promote skills development and contribute to the company's challenges.
  • Manage the number of training requests within the targets set.
  • Identify and analyze training needs clients.
  • Conduct advice interviews after clients.
  • Work with teams to organize training courses.

  • Previous experience in teaching or vocational training.
  • Knowledge of teaching methods and the ability to apply them effectively.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Competence in designing and adapting teaching content to learner needs.
  • Ability to organize and run face-to-face or online training sessions.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to ensure training deadlines are met.
  • Interest in continuous learning and updating skills in office automation and technology.
