About the role
We are recruiting an 80% - 100% Office Tools Trainer to join our team of experts as part of a large-scale, long-term project to expand our partner's activities in Biel.
As an Office Tools Training Manager, your responsibilities will include :
- Meet continuing education needs in terms of Office Automation and Collaborative Tools to promote skills development and contribute to the company's challenges.
- Manage the number of training requests within the targets set.
- Identify and analyze training needs clients.
- Conduct advice interviews after clients.
- Work with teams to organize training courses.
Your profile
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.).
- Previous experience in teaching or vocational training.
- Knowledge of teaching methods and the ability to apply them effectively.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Competence in designing and adapting teaching content to learner needs.
- Ability to organize and run face-to-face or online training sessions.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to ensure training deadlines are met.
- Interest in continuous learning and updating skills in office automation and technology.

Project Manager - Equipment Design
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Manager in Equipment Design to lead the development, design, and implementation of process equipment within a regulated environment. You will oversee technical design activities from concept to qualification, ensuring compliance with engineering standards, project timelines, and GMP requirements.
Your role:
- Lead equipment design projects from feasibility through to commissioning and qualification.
- Coordinate mechanical, automation, and process design activities with internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop and review technical specifications, design documentation, and FAT/SAT protocols.
- Manage supplier relationships, including technical alignment, design reviews, and project follow-up.
- Ensure budget and schedule control across all project phases.
- Oversee change management and risk assessment related to equipment design and modifications.
- Support CQV teams during qualification phases and participate in design improvement workshops.
- Guarantee compliance with GMP, safety, and quality standards for all equipment.
Java / Spring Backend Developer

Mission objectives :
- As part of the backend development team, you will be involved in the design, development and evolution of our application solutions based on Java and Spring technologies.
- You will play an active role in defining software architectures and implementing best practices in terms of security, quality and performance.
Technical skills required :
Languages & Frameworks
- Mastery of Java 17 minimum (ideally 21+), including functional programming
- Excellent command of the Spring Framework (Spring MVC / WebFlux / Reactor, Spring Security, Spring Data JDBC/JPA or R2DBC)
- Very good knowledge of Spring Boot, on the latest supported versions
- Mastery of SQL and relational databases
Architecture & development
- Experience in the design of distributed architectures and microservices
- RESTful API development and documentation (OpenAPI)
- Proficiency in writing unit and integration tests (JUnit 5, TestContainers or equivalent)
- Good understanding of application security concepts: oAuth2, OIDC, etc.
- Good knowledge of Maven, Git and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, SonarQube)
- Using Kafka and Spring Cloud Stream
- Development in containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Experience with monitoring tools: Kibana, Grafana or equivalent
