About the role

For our Logistics Support & Strategy department, we are looking for a Kardex Logistics Project Manager (M/F) whose main mission will be to ensure the smooth running of the IT solution used to manage our automated logistics infrastructures.

The position is to be filled on a permanent basis as part of a team reinforcement for one of our clients in the industrial sector in Geneva.

 

As a Kardex Logistics Project Manager (F/H) your responsibilities will include :

 

  • Ensures the smooth operation of the LES solution for all users and clients logistics.
  • Advanced functional and technical application knowledge.
  • Handles level 2 and 3 incidents concerning the use of the solution, in liaison with the Key Users of the various production sites and the Product Owner.
  • Analyze existing business processes in the field and recommend changes to best align with user needs and drive the solution forward.
  • Develops and implements test plans to qualify developed functions, in conjunction with development teams and Product Owners.
  • Supervises and coordinates the deployment of functional upgrades, and ensures user training and communication.
  • Maintains constant contact with Key Users at different sites.

Your profile

  •  HES or EPF engineer or ET/ETS technician.
  •  Supply chain experience.
  • Perfect knowledge of the supply chain, at least 5 to 8 years' proven experience (post-study) in a logistics environment with an industrial dimension.
  • Experience in IT tools and processes (ERP, LES, MES).
  • Strong organizational skills and autonomy.
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt to a changing environment.
  • Flexibility, strong interpersonal skills, ability to integrate.
  • Relational skills, listening skills and effective communication.
