About the role

We are recruiting a Monday Rollout Project Manager on a permanent contract to join our area of expertise in a large-scale, long-term project to expand our partner's activities.

 

As a Monday Deployment Project Manager, your responsibilities will include :

 

  • Collaborate with the IT department to analyze and understand business needs, particularly in industry, and propose solutions adapted to the challenges of organizational agility.
  • Support employees in adopting and using Digital Workplace tools.
  • Contribute to the production of change management deliverables, such as documentation and training.
  • Train and coach users to enhance their skills.
  • Participate in communities of champions and strengthen the skills of the site's Key Users.
  • Gather problems, frequently asked questions and suggestions for improvement formulated by the division's employees.
  • Ensure governance and application of business rules.
  • Work closely with the site coordinator, responsible for deploying solutions.

Your profile

  • Swiss Federal Institute of Technology, University of Applied Sciences or equivalent recognized training.
  • Significant experience in deploying Digital Workplace tools (such as Monday, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive), ideally in complex, large-scale industrial environments.
  • Overall experience of at least 8 to 10 years in change management (e.g. using the ADKAR method) and business analysis.
  • Project management and training/coaching skills, with a minimum of 3 to 5 years' experience in these fields.
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively and work in multidisciplinary teams.
  • Natural leadership, active listening, initiative, autonomy, results orientation and pragmatic approach in the field.
  • Rigorous, highly organized, analytical and able to summarize.
