About the role

As project manager :

  • Project structuring, documentation and planning,
  • Time and risk management,
  • Follow-up and moderation of project review sessions,
  • Preparation and participation in steering committee meetings,

 

As a change manager :

  • Situational diagnosis,
  • Development and monitoring of change and communication plans,
  • Contribution to the actions of these plans to facilitate adoption by the teams,
  • Support for local managers,
  • Advising the head of department as the project's principal and helping to prepare exchanges with the unions or communication actions.

Your profile

  • Strong organizational skills,
  • Minimum 5 years in project and change management,
  • Assess and manage psychosocial risks, concerns and resistance to change,
  • Have a recognized change management certification (e.g. PROSCI, CCMP, etc.).
  • Knowledge of Klaxoon is a plus,
  • Hermes 5 certification ideal,
  • Previous experience in the public sector,
  • Previous experience in Switzerland,
  • Fluent French a must, English a plus.

  • Develop and optimize embedded code (C/C++, Python, ROS/ROS2, LabVIEW).
  • Program trajectories, direct/reverse kinematics, safety and sensor management.
