Le Chef de Projet Produit Céramique pilote le développement et l’industrialisation de composants horlogers en céramique, depuis la phase de conception jusqu’à la production série, en garantissant le respect des exigences qualité, coûts et délais.

Responsibilities :

• Piloter des projets de développement produit (design → industrialisation)

Job Description:

-       Contribute to IT projects for Antaes clients

-       Provide support to internal and external customers in accordance with SLAs

-       Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for customers, coordinating with internal resolver groups and the Service Desk to resolve faults

-       Initiate timely escalations to specialized groups for complex issues

-       Proactively detect service-related problems, conduct diagnostics, and maintain ownership until resolution

-       Ensure correct functioning and maintenance of all internal and external systems

-       Perform Change Management, configuration, design, and implementation of supported products

-       Conduct analysis, definition, documentation, and testing of application and system enhancements

-       Carry out preventive and proactive maintenance and system monitoring

-       Install, repair, and maintain hardware: Desktop PCs, Office/ATI Printers, Switches, Routers, IP Phones, Servers, and WAN equipment (Modems/ISDN)

-       Manage equipment replacement and spare parts inventory replenishment

-       Perform cabling and hardware intervention at the component level

-       Provide onsite support to users during service cutovers

-       Manage local suppliers providing services to the Operations centers

-       Adhere to installation guidelines and industry best practices

-       Document lessons learned, known errors, and operational knowledge for continuous improvement

-       Work on a 24/7 shift rotation or on-call standby basis as required

-       Contribute to the promotion of Antaes services on top of assistance provided to clients

Main Responsibilities

Software Engineering & Craftsmanship

• Embed Clean Code principles (e.g. SOLID, DRY, YAGNI) as non-negotiable standards across all teams.
• Own the engineering quality framework: code review standards, static analysis gates, test coverage requirements, and performance benchmarks.
• Lead by example — contribute to critical codebases, perform deep technical code reviews, and pair-program with engineers to model best practice.
• Drive Test-Driven Development (TDD) and Behaviour-Driven Development (BDD) adoption to improve correctness and documentation.
• Define and enforce Definition of Done (DoD) criteria that include architectural, security, and performance quality gates.

Software Architecture

• Design end-to-end architectures for capital markets platforms (pricing engines, order management, risk, post-trade) prioritizing low latency, fault-tolerance, and auditability.
• Define and govern technology standards, patterns, and reference architectures across the division.
• Drive architectural reviews and Architectural Decision Records (ADRs), ensuring decisions are documented, peer-reviewed, and communicated.
• Balance tactical delivery needs with long-term architectural health — managing trade-offs transparently.
• Champion event-driven, domain-driven, and cloud-native architectures where appropriate.

GenAI / Agentic AI for Software Engineering

• Integrate GenAI/Agentic AI into engineering workflows to accelerate coding, testing, documentation, and troubleshooting.
• Build reusable GenAI, MCP components, prompt libraries, engineering agents, automated test generators and code refactoring assistants.
• Partner with enterprise AI teams to ensure governance, data safeguards, and safe model usage.
• Track and report measurable productivity, quality, and cycle-time improvements enabled by GenAI.

Chapter Leadership

• Lead and grow the Engineering Chapter: a cross-filiere community of practice for software engineers across Capital Markets IT.
• Convene regular Chapter sessions, tech talks, architecture story boards, refactoring workshops, and book clubs to foster continuous learning.
• Define and maintain a shared engineering competency framework and career ladder for software engineers.
• Mentor senior and principal engineers; provide structured technical coaching aligned with individual growth plans.
• Collaborate with Tribe Leads and Product Owners to ensure engineering quality does not erode under delivery pressure.

Technical Governance & Strategy

• Own the technology radar for Capital Markets IT: assess, trial, adopt or hold technologies in partnership with the global architecture and engineering teams.
• Lead the technical due diligence on vendor solutions, open-source frameworks, and cloud services.
• Track and present engineering health metrics (code quality, deployment frequency, MTTR, change failure rate) to leadership.
• Partner with Cloud, Security and infrastructure teams to embed shift-left practices into the SDLC.

As a Tech Transfer Project Manager, you will lead international technology transfer projects and act as the key link between global teams and local operations (Brazil). You will ensure smooth execution, clear communication, and alignment across all stakeholders.

The project:

• Lead cross-functional, international project teams
• Act as the main point of contact between global and local stakeholders
• Plan, coordinate, and monitor all project activities and deliverables
• Define timelines, track KPIs, and ensure project milestones are met
• Manage project risks and implement mitigation strategies
• Organize project meetings and ensure clear communication across teams
• Support on-site activities and team readiness at the receiving unit
• Collaborate with departments such as Quality, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Procurement
• Provide regular updates to senior leadership on project progress, risks, and solutions

Position Summary

The role involves contributing to the development, enhancement, and ongoing support of the Calypso Back Office system across both project delivery and business-as-usual activities. It plays a key part in ensuring the stability and efficiency of daily operations.

Success in this role requires a thorough understanding of business processes, operational timelines, and data exchanges between internal platforms and external systems. The team collaborates closely with business stakeholders, architects, infrastructure teams, and system administrators to deliver high-quality solutions.

Core Responsibilities

Project Delivery & Change Management

• Assess and analyse enhancement requests related to repo activities and new product rollouts.

• Define and recommend functional and technical solutions in partnership with Solution Architects.

• Prepare detailed specifications, effort estimations, implementation plans, test cases, and release documentation.

• Lead and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

• Contribute to monthly production releases, ensuring alignment with development and testing milestones.

• Support production deployments and maintain alignment with the overall release roadmap.

Incident & Application Support

• Provide expert-level (L3) support to business users and IT stakeholders.

• Diagnose, investigate, and resolve production issues and system defects.

Process Optimization & Team Support

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members as needed.
