C&Q Engineer Visual Inspection

You play a key role in building forecast demand, analyzing sales and inventory, and promoting new products in different markets. You also contribute to several transformation projects aimed at improving the efficiency and accuracy of the forecasting process.

Primary responsibilities:

Forecasting & demand generation

• Define sales assumptions in collaboration with Marketing.
• Establish forecasts for all markets and monitor their reliability.
• Assess the scale of new products and ensure their availability during the launch phase.

Analysis & operational management

• Analyze performance: sales, inventory, forecast variances.
• Produce regular reports for internal teams.
• Ensure the quality and reliability of information transmitted to the supply chain.

Projects & continuous improvement

• Participate in transformation projects related to forecasting processes.
• Propose optimizations based on data analysis and market trends.

As a Software and Quality Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality and functionality of our products. You will work within a specific Delivery Team, collaborating closely with developers and other team members to ensure that our software meets the highest standards. You will be a champion for quality, driving continuous improvement efforts and ensuring that our testing processes are always efficient and effective.

Main Responsibilities

• Research, design, and develop computer software or specialized utility programs.
• Analyze user needs and develop software solutions, applying principles and techniques of computer science.
• Work with business analysts and the development team to clarify and understand requirements.
• Design and develop test code using a modern CI/CD pipeline.
• Design and develop comprehensive quality assurance strategies and frameworks. Implement automated testing systems to ensure reusability and efficiency.
• Design and implement comprehensive test plans and test cases based on requirements and design documentation.
• Develop an automated test system to ensure reusability and efficiency.
• Perform various types of testing, including functional, integration, regression, and performance testing.
• Analyze and track down error root causes, providing detailed reports and recommendations for improvement.
• Promote and implement testing methodologies, aiming to identify and address defects early in the development lifecycle.
• Provide technical support to other teams, assisting with problems encountered internally, such as system malfunctions.
• Propose solutions, suggest improvements, and contribute to data analysis.
• Document all testing activities, including test results, discovered defects, and any relevant observations.

As a Watchmaking Product Industrialization Project Manager, your responsibilities will include :

• Plan and lead technical convergence reviews, including process plans, controls and capabilities.
• Develop and industrialize ranges and bills of materials for new products.
• Manage activity planning and risk management.
• Unite the resources involved.
• Manage and implement product and process evolutions, adapting the governance of series during their life cycle.
• Capitalize on best practices and contribute to the development of reference systems.
• Manage the model plan approach in line with industrial tool capacities.

• Ensure global visibility of NP project planning.
• Propose strategies for anticipating and optimizing flows.
• Ensure the updating and evolution of data required for planning purposes.
• Ensure consistency and synchronization of projects with schedules.
• Actively participate in cross-functional projects to improve planning processes.
