About the role
To join our Life Sciences team in Vaud, we are looking for a Compliance Specialist - Quality Control.
The project:
- Help the Quality Control (QC) team with daily compliance-related tasks.
- Investigate and manage issues like deviations and non-conformities.
- Review lab data to ensure it meets quality standards.
- Handle documentation for deviations, investigations, CAPAs, and change controls.
- Improve data integrity processes and report progress.
- Write, review, and update procedures and quality documents.
- Stay informed on new regulatory updates that affect QC.
- Prepare for audits and communicate with auditors and regulatory agencies.
- Suggest and implement process improvements.
- Support training and make sure the team follows compliance training.
- Work closely with QA and other departments to solve compliance issues.
- Provide training on GxP regulations and best practices.
- Stay current with industry standards and regulations.
Your profile
- Degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Biology, or Biotechnology,
- Hands-on QC lab experience,
- Familiarity with Quality Systems (Deviation, CAPA, Change Control),
- Knowledge of GMP/GLP and global regulations (ICH, FDA, EMA),
- Experience in audits and regulatory interactions,
- Ideally familiar with lab IT systems, digital tools, and lean methods,
- Motivated, independent, and organized,
- Good problem-solving and communication skills,
- Team player,
- Fluent in English (B2+); French is a plus.

Project management: Macro-planning for real estate projects
Create a macro-plan for 200-300 hospital real estate projects, visualizing the key Hermes stages (Initialization, Design, Realization, Deployment), using a tool like MS Project or ThinkCell, linked to an Excel database from the One2Team platform.
- Collect planning information from department staff (architects, engineers, etc.).
- Send a preparatory document to those concerned.
- Conduct short interviews (½ day/person max).
- Organize data in Excel and connect it to the planning tool.
- Create a clear, concise visualization of the schedule.
- Participate in follow-up meetings, make presentations, draft minutes and action plans.

QCV Engineer
- Elaborate the CQV strategy for a specific type of plant and be responsible for implementing the validation plan,
- Comply with all applicable standards and SOPs (internal and external),
- Ensure that suppliers comply with good documentation practices,
- Support FAT and SAT commissioning phases,
- Review of qualification documentation (design, IQ/OQ/PQ protocols and reports, traceability matrices, risk analyses),
- Monitoring test execution,
- Collaboration with various project teams to ensure that qualification/validation activities are carried out correctly,
- Participate in inspections by the authorities.

Project Manager - Hospital Space Optimization
We are looking for a Project Manager consultant to manage the optimization of administrative space in hospital buildings in Geneva.
The project aims to improve comfort and optimize administrative space on the hospital site. It is part of a strategy to regroup departments on strategic sites, in response to the constant growth in demand for office space.
You will support the project manager in the overall management of the project. Your role will be to ensure effective coordination of actions, document key milestones, prepare expected deliverables and guarantee the project's success on time and on budget.
- Support for strategic and operational project management,
- Preparation of COPIL meetings and drafting of minutes,
- Development and monitoring of management tools: Gantt, RACI, risk matrix, budget, RIDA,
- Analysis of team needs and coordination of moves,
