About the role

We are recruiting a Cleanroom Project Engineer - Industrial Sector on a permanent contract to join our center of expertise on a large-scale, long-term project to expand our partner's activities.

 

As a Cleanroom Project Engineer, your responsibilities will include :

 

  • Act as a point of contact for the MEF flow, analyzing and resolving pollution-related issues in cleanrooms.
  • Guaranteeing the methodologies, processes, audits, analyses and best practices applicable to clean environments, storage areas and transfers upstream of cleanrooms.
  • Carry out audits, provide coaching and formulate recommendations concerning good cleanroom practices, handling and logistics (packaging).
  • Evaluate existing standards and ensure the lasting reliability of best practices.
  • Characterize part cleanliness according to process requirements.
  • Manage and monitor MEF flow indicators.
  • Propose and implement improvements to make production more robust in the face of pollution problems.

Your profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering from a university of applied sciences (HES), a Federal Institute of Technology (ETH), or an equivalent institution.
  • Proven experience (10 years) in cleanroom environments, ideally in the pharmaceutical, medical, or watchmaking industries.
  • Proficiency in standards, requirements, best practices, and regulations related to cleanrooms and room cleanliness.
  • An added advantage: experience and knowledge of washing, decontamination, or degreasing processes.
  • Ability to step back and analyze, define the scope, make recommendations, and lead a small cross-functional team.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
  • Natural leadership skills, a knack for teaching, and the ability to motivate and bring a team together.
  • Independence, organizational skills, a sense of responsibility, and the ability to take the initiative.

  • Piloter simultanément plusieurs projets thermiques complexes et pluridisciplinaires, de l’étude d’opportunité jusqu’à la mise en service des installations.
