About the role
We are recruiting an Industrial Environmental Performance Project Manager on a permanent contract to join our center of expertise as part of a large-scale, long-term project to expand our partner's activities.
As an Industrial Environmental Performance Project Manager, your responsibilities will include :
- Manage the continuous improvement of equipment specifications and associated environmental and energy requirements.
- Define the objectives and guide the strategy of industrial equipment acquisition projects.
- Integrate, promote and mobilize eco-design principles in the development of new industrial equipment.
- On priority projects, drive the achievement of environmental objectives, from drafting specifications to industrial qualification, by bringing together all stakeholders.
- Evaluate concepts, validate proposed technical solutions and contribute to key project decisions.
- Organize the capitalization and valorization of environmental data in dedicated IT systems.
- Participate in internal skills networks and cross-functional groups.
- Communicate proactively and appropriately with our various contacts.
Your profile
- HES/EPF engineering degree, preferably with a specialization in Environmental Sciences, Sustainable Management, Energy or Ecodesign.
- Solid command of regulations and environmental issues.
- Proven experience in industrial project management and eco-design.
- Proven success in change management.
- Excellent command of structured project management tools.
- Strong client orientation and adaptability.
- A natural leader, agile, with good interpersonal skills and a strong team spirit.

Role and Responsibilities
- Ensuring the business/operational objectives of the new business requirements are well-defined.
- Performing systematic business analysis.

We are looking for a Biotech Building Construction Project Manager to join our LifeSciences teams in Switzerland.
He/she is responsible for supervising and coordinating the execution of work on site, from the design phase through to final delivery. He/she is responsible for operational site supervision, guaranteeing safety, adherence to schedules, quality of work and coordination between the various players (internal and external).
Mission:
Preparing the work
- Participate in studies and planning of work execution.
- Assess resource requirements, costs and constraints.
- Working with the HSE team, define the necessary safety measures.
- Ensure compliance of legal and regulatory documents.
- Prepare and organize site installations (living quarters, access, flow, energy).
Site supervision and coordination
- Supervise and coordinate day-to-day work activities, including external contractors.
- Ensure operational safety on site (HSE documents, lifting plans, risk analyses, work permits).
- Ensure compliance with internal regulations and requirements.
- Monitor work progress and identify potential discrepancies.
- Carry out regular inspections (safety, quality, equipment, scaffolding, electricity, etc.).
- Validate contractors' work logs.
Communication and reporting
- Produce clear and regular progress reports for Project Leaders.
- Participate in technical coordination and site monitoring meetings.
- Communicate proactively with project teams (Engineering Lead, SMEs, Project Manager).
- Provide feedback at the end of the project.
Safety (HSE)
- Ensure compliance with HSE standards on site, without taking the place of HSE specialists.
- Actively participate in risk analyses (JRA, LOTO, PLCA).
- Ensure proper application and daily closing of work permits.
- Report any shortcomings and apply corrective measures in agreement with line management.
