About the role
To join our teams in Geneva, we are looking for a Project Engineer in clean environments to act as the main contact for the MEF flow (melting) and guarantee control of pollution-related issues in cleanrooms.
The project :
- Monitor, analyze and resolve pollution problems encountered in cleanrooms.
- Guaranteeing the methodologies, processes, audits and best practices applied to clean environments, storage areas and transfers upstream of cleanrooms.
- Conduct audits, provide coaching and make recommendations on best practices (handling, logistics, packaging).
- Analyze existing standards and guarantee their reliability over time.
- Characterize part cleanliness according to process requirements.
- Manage MEF flow performance indicators.
- Make proposals to improve the robustness of production in the face of pollution problems.
Your profile
- HES, EPF engineering diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience (minimum 10 years) in cleanroom environments in the pharmaceutical, medical or watchmaking sectors.
- Mastery of standards, regulations and best practices relating to clean environments and parts cleanliness.
- An asset: experience in washing, depollution or degreasing processes.
- Ability to step back, frame and manage a small group in a cross-functional way.
- Clear communication, ability to synthesize and natural leadership.
- Pedagogy and ability to federate a team.
- Autonomy, organizational rigor and a sense of responsibility.
- Excellent communication skills in French.

- Maintain existing software and provide technical support to users.
Project Manager - Equipment Design
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Manager in Equipment Design to lead the development, design, and implementation of process equipment within a regulated environment. You will oversee technical design activities from concept to qualification, ensuring compliance with engineering standards, project timelines, and GMP requirements.
Your role:
- Lead equipment design projects from feasibility through to commissioning and qualification.
- Coordinate mechanical, automation, and process design activities with internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop and review technical specifications, design documentation, and FAT/SAT protocols.
- Manage supplier relationships, including technical alignment, design reviews, and project follow-up.
- Ensure budget and schedule control across all project phases.
- Oversee change management and risk assessment related to equipment design and modifications.
- Support CQV teams during qualification phases and participate in design improvement workshops.
- Guarantee compliance with GMP, safety, and quality standards for all equipment.
