About the role
We are recruiting a Simultaneous Engineering and Design Manager on a permanent contract to join our industrial expertise division as part of a large-scale, long-term project to expand our partner's activities.
As Simultaneous Engineering and Design Manager, your responsibilities will include :
- Organize joint studies between the Design Office and the Methods department to ensure a smooth transition to industrialization.
- Mobilize the various players in industrialization to harmonize technical requirements with production imperatives.
- Carry out geometric tolerancing analyses and ensure compliance with Design Office specifications.
- Communicate any identified need for additional technical expertise to the Business Line Manager.
- Manage the creation of digital models for production, ensuring their consistency with tolerancing studies.
- Actively participate in the continuous improvement of a cross-functional standardization approach within the Industrialization function.
Your profile
- Bachelor of Engineering degree from a university of applied sciences (HES) or a Federal Institute of Technology (EPF), with a specialization in mechanical engineering or product design.
- Proven experience in engineering design and project management, gained in a demanding industrial environment.
- Proficiency in the ISO-GPS standard terminology for geometric and dimensional tolerancing.
- Proven expertise in the fields of industrialization and metrology.
- Excellent negotiation skills, assertiveness, diplomacy, and the ability to propose relevant solutions.
- Strong communication skills, the ability to work well in a team, and a high degree of adaptability.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to handle stress effectively.

Nous recrutons en CDI un Ingénieur Projet Production Thermique H/F afin de rejoindre notre pôle d'expertise, dans le cadre d'un projet de grande envergure et longue durée, d'extension des activités industrielles de notre partenaire.
En tant que Ingénieur Projet Production Thermique H/F, votre rôle sera :
- Piloter simultanément plusieurs projets thermiques complexes et pluridisciplinaires, de l’étude d’opportunité jusqu’à la mise en service des installations.
- Concevoir, coordonner et suivre la réalisation de centrales thermiques (pompes à chaleur, chaudières, échangeurs de chaleur, chaufferies, etc.) dans le respect des exigences techniques, réglementaires et opérationnelles.
- Élaborer ou superviser les livrables techniques : cahiers des charges, spécifications, notes de calcul, schémas de principe, plans, estimations budgétaires et plannings.
- Assurer la gestion complète des projets (coûts, délais, qualité, risques) et garantir l’atteinte des objectifs fixés tout au long des différentes phases du projet.
- Coordonner l’ensemble des parties prenantes internes et externes (bureaux d’études, entreprises, fournisseurs, exploitants) et piloter les consultations, analyses d’offres et marchés de travaux.
- Gérer les aspects administratifs et financiers des projets, ainsi que les phases de réception des ouvrages, essais, mise en service et levée des réserves.
Chef de Projet Salle Blanche - Secteur Industriel F/H

En tant que Chef de Projet Salle Blanche, vos missions seront :
- Assurer le pilotage global du projet de mise en production de la salle blanche.
- Définir et suivre les plannings, budgets, ressources et indicateurs de performance.
- Coordonner les différents intervenants internes et externes.
- Garantir le respect des délais, des coûts et des exigences qualité.
- Participer à la définition et à la mise en œuvre des processus de production.
- Accompagner le démarrage des équipements et des moyens de production.
- Identifier les contraintes techniques liées à l'exploitation de la salle blanche et proposer des solutions adaptées.
- Assurer la montée en cadence des activités de production.
- Veiller au respect des normes et procédures applicables aux salles blanches.
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes Méthodes, Contrôle Qualité et Production.
