About the role
We are recruiting an Energy Efficiency Industrialization Project Manager on a permanent contract to join our center of expertise, as part of a large-scale, long-term project to expand our partner's activities.
As an Energy Efficiency Industrialization Project Manager, your responsibilities will include :
- Provide expertise in energy efficiency applied to production facilities, with a pragmatic environmental approach.
- Carry out in-depth analyses and work with all stakeholders to identify and propose solutions for reducing energy consumption.
- Support suppliers and project managers throughout the process of acquiring new production equipment.
- Actively contribute to technical projects or lead continuous improvement initiatives.
- Undertake or support studies to modify existing equipment.
- Lead and monitor the site's "Energy Efficiency" roadmap.
Your profile
- Engineering degree in electrical engineering, power engineering, industrial engineering or equivalent field.
- Significant experience in a similar role in an industrial environment, with a minimum of 8 years after graduation.
- Proven expertise in large-scale environments involving complex, energy-intensive production machines.
- Solid knowledge of industrialization and management of large production lines.
- Technical skills enabling rapid familiarization with the scope, including a solid grounding in electricity and energy.
- Ability to achieve objectives and propose pragmatic solutions, while anticipating the impact of changes on stakeholders.
- Experience in project management desirable, although the position focuses more on coordination than full project management.

Launch of new products
- Preparation of production files

- Technical design of thermal networks (district heating, district cooling, possibly CAD substations)
- Construction monitoring: coordination of works, monitoring of schedules, compliance with costs and quality standards
- Commissioning of facilities

- Management of thermal projects: from the preliminary design phase to acceptance

Design Draftsman - General Installation

To join our teams in Geneva, we are recruiting aDesign Draftsman responsiblefor ensuring the quality, compliance, and updating of all technical documentation for the site.
You will also be responsible for graphic standards and the administration of CAD/CAM tools.
The project :
- Manage CAD Process work requests carried out internally or by external partners.
- Create, modify, and update technical documents (P&IDs, network diagrams, mechanical drawings, parts lists, etc.) using AutoCAD.
- Update the 3D model of the site with E3D.
- Ensure the proper management, storage, and archiving of technical documentation in the document management system (creation, versions, approvals, etc.).
- Administer CAD/CAM tools and participate in their development (configuration, software updates, IT collaboration).
- Draft specifications for subcontractors and ensure CAD/CAM standards are met on site.
- Collaborate with project and maintenance teams to ensure technical, graphic, and regulatory compliance of documents.
