About the role
We are recruiting a Créo F/H Mechanical Watch Designer on a permanent contract to join our Industrial Expertise division, as part of a large-scale, long-term project to expand our partner's industrial activities.
As a Mechanical Watch Designer, your responsibilities will include :
- Transfer and update technical files in the current data management database.
- Draw up complete component and assembly definition files, including mock-ups, geometric drawings and associated data.
- Search archives and legacy systems for existing definitions.
- Check and validate the accuracy of definition data when re-using it.
- Identify and coordinate requirements for geometric analysis, composition, material condition, assembly and marking.
- Propose definition changes and lead technical validation sessions.
- Support remanufacturing projects and manage the necessary adaptations.
- Use management and traceability tools to monitor activities.
- Write technical files in accordance with the processes applied to the components of production watches.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by proposing, communicating and optimizing methodologies.
Your profile
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent.
- Expérience confirmée en construction (minimum 6 ans), dont au moins 4 ans dans le domaine horloger, notamment en habillage (boîte, bracelet, cadran, etc.).
- Solides compétences techniques en conception, matériaux, mécanique appliquée et construction fonctionnelle.
- Bonne maîtrise des procédés de fabrication, de finition et d’assemblage.
- Expérience avérée dans la reconstruction et l’analyse de composants horlogers anciens.
- Excellente maîtrise des outils de conception et de gestion : Creo 4.0, PDMLink et CETOL.
- Passion authentique pour l’horlogerie mécanique et son patrimoine.
- Capacité à structurer, piloter et développer de nouvelles activités.
- Personnalité attentive, disponible et ouverte d’esprit.
- Esprit analytique, réactif et apte à gérer les situations imprévues.
- Excellentes compétences de communication, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit, avec une aisance dans la synthèse et le détail.
- Sens aigu de l’organisation et méthode de travail rigoureuse.
- Goût prononcé pour la transmission des connaissances et le partage du savoir-faire.

We are hiring an experienced jewelry maker (M/F) for a permanent position to join our industrial expertise division as part of a large-scale, long-term project to expand our partner’s operations.
As an Experienced Jewelry Maker (M/F), your responsibilities will include:
- Design digital mockups and manufacturing drawings as part of the industrialization of new products and continuous improvement initiatives (kinematics, integration, ergonomics)
- Ensure the consistency and reliability of technical data within the PLM, KHEOPS, and SAP environments
- Help implement CAD methodologies designed to optimize the team’s operational efficiency (e.g., annotated 3D models)
- Contribute to continuous improvement projects and the development of business standards
- Work closely with various partner departments to support the industrialization of new products
- Oversee the initiation of procurement processes and monitor the production of tooling and new products as the technical point of contact for suppliers
- Develop digital models in accordance with current standards and regulations
- Prepare for and support the convergence phases of projects
- Leverage technical expertise and promote its dissemination and application within teams
