About the role
We are recruiting a Watchmaking Product Industrialization Methods Engineer F/H on a permanent contract to join our Industrial Expertise division as part of a large-scale, long-term project to expand the activities of our partner in Geneva.
As a Watchmaking Product Industrialization Methods Engineer F/H, your responsibilities will include :
- Take charge of technical problems in several production sectors.
- Analyze and frame requests, assess their impact and coordinate the implementation of changes with business teams.
- Manage the deployment of changes in production, monitoring the schedule and associated deliverables.
- Design and deploy a centralized tracking dashboard for all requests.
- Organize regular reporting points with Production teams and the business lines concerned.
- Lead continuous improvement projects (CIP) upstream of the change flow.
- Monitor and control references to be launched in production whose industrial files are incomplete.
Your profile
- HES, EPF engineering diploma or equivalent.
- Solid experience (over 10 years) in managing industrial projects and coordinating multidisciplinary teams.
- Mastery of continuous improvement approaches and industrial processes in complex environments.
- Proven technical expertise in watch product industrialization, with at least 3 years' specific experience in the field.
- Excellent knowledge of trades related to industrialization and component manufacturing/assembly (machining, grinding, polishing, assembly).
- Good command of Windchill and PLM tools.
- Clear, concise communication adapted to different audiences.
- Team spirit, proactivity, curiosity and autonomy.
- Good interpersonal skills, rigor, a sense of proposal and strong solutions orientation, with real technical sensitivity.

We are seeking a talented Software and Quality Engineer to join our dynamic Capital Market IT Department!
As a Software and Quality Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality and functionality of our products. You will work within a specific Delivery Team, collaborating closely with developers and other team members to ensure that our software meets the highest standards. You will be a champion for quality, driving continuous improvement efforts and ensuring that our testing processes are always efficient and effective.
Main Responsibilities
- Research, design, and develop computer software or specialized utility programs.
- Analyze user needs and develop software solutions, applying principles and techniques of computer science.
- Work with business analysts and the development team to clarify and understand requirements.
- Design and develop test code using a modern CI/CD pipeline.
- Design and develop comprehensive quality assurance strategies and frameworks. Implement automated testing systems to ensure reusability and efficiency.
- Design and implement comprehensive test plans and test cases based on requirements and design documentation.
- Develop an automated test system to ensure reusability and efficiency.
- Perform various types of testing, including functional, integration, regression, and performance testing.
- Analyze and track down error root causes, providing detailed reports and recommendations for improvement.
- Promote and implement testing methodologies, aiming to identify and address defects early in the development lifecycle.
- Provide technical support to other teams, assisting with problems encountered internally, such as system malfunctions.
- Propose solutions, suggest improvements, and contribute to data analysis.
- Document all testing activities, including test results, discovered defects, and any relevant observations.
- Prepare detailed reports for management and the Delivery Team.

- Manage and implement product and process evolutions, adapting the governance of series during their life cycle.
- Capitalize on best practices and contribute to the development of reference systems.
- Manage the model plan approach in line with industrial tool capacities.
Industrial Project Planner (M/F)
- Ensure global visibility of NP project planning.
- Propose strategies for anticipating and optimizing flows.
