Nous recrutons en CDI un Chef de Projet Construction - Secteur Industriel F/H afin de rejoindre notre pôle d'expertise, dans le cadre d'un projet de grande envergure et longue durée, d'extension des activités industrielles de notre partenaire.

En tant que Chef de Projet Construction - Secteur Industriel F/H, votre rôle sera :

• Définir et cadrer les projets : préciser les objectifs, livrables, périmètre et modalités de gouvernance.
• Planifier les opérations : élaborer le planning général, les échéances et les jalons stratégiques.
• Coordonner les parties prenantes : assurer la liaison entre les équipes internes, les clients, les prestataires et les partenaires externes.
• Animer la gouvernance projet : organiser les réunions de suivi, COPIL, ateliers techniques et remonter les arbitrages nécessaires.
• Piloter les études et obligations réglementaires : superviser les études de faisabilité, les démarches administratives et la rédaction des documents techniques.
• Gérer les consultations et les travaux : lancer les appels d'offres, suivre les marchés et contrôler l'avancement des chantiers jusqu'à leur réception.
• Assurer le suivi budgétaire et contractuel : élaborer et contrôler les budgets, dépenses, contrats et éventuels ajustements financiers.
• Garantir la qualité, la sécurité et la communication : veiller au respect des exigences SSE, environnementales et qualité, tout en assurant le reporting et la communication auprès des parties prenantes.

• Development of data science solutions that meet business needs.
• Identification and formalization of requirements in collaboration with business units, facilitation of scoping workshops.
• Drafting specifications for machine learning (ML) models.
• Promotion of best practices for industrializing data science solutions.
• Development of prototypes and demonstration of the value of the proposed solutions.
• Design and execution of tests required for the production of data science deliverables.
• Contribution to the industrialization of prototypes in collaboration with IT.
• Participation in the design of interfaces facilitating the expanded use of ML models.
• Supporting business lines in their transformation towards a data-driven organization.
• Simplification and streamlining of data, proposal of appropriate analysis methodologies.

• Carry out production runs in the mechanical field
• Develop technical proposals
• Manage and monitor technical purchases
• Negotiate with suppliers
• Examine markets and identify potential suppliers
• Contribute to development and improvement initiatives
• Manage and track incidents of non-compliance
• Minimize costs, anticipate risks and propose innovative solutions

We are hiring an experienced jewelry maker (M/F) for a permanent position to join our industrial expertise division as part of a large-scale, long-term project to expand our partner’s operations.

As an Experienced Jewelry Maker (M/F), your responsibilities will include:

• Design digital mockups and manufacturing drawings as part of the industrialization of new products and continuous improvement initiatives (kinematics, integration, ergonomics)
• Ensure the consistency and reliability of technical data within the PLM, KHEOPS, and SAP environments
• Help implement CAD methodologies designed to optimize the team’s operational efficiency (e.g., annotated 3D models)
• Contribute to continuous improvement projects and the development of business standards
• Work closely with various partner departments to support the industrialization of new products
• Oversee the initiation of procurement processes and monitor the production of tooling and new products as the technical point of contact for suppliers
• Develop digital models in accordance with current standards and regulations
• Prepare for and support the convergence phases of projects
• Leverage technical expertise and promote its dissemination and application within teams
• Actively participate in initiatives to continuously improve processes and work methods

• Perform setup and adjustment work on machines during the commissioning phase
• Develop and configure firing recipes according to production requirements
• Optimize and improve existing programs to enhance performance and reliability
