About the role

We are looking for a Hospital Logistics Project Manager to join our healthcare teams.

 

Reporting to the Logistics Department, you will contribute to the design, optimization and implementation of logistics projects aimed at improving the facility's operational performance. You will play a key role in the management of structuring projects, from feasibility analysis to operational implementation.

 

 

Main activities :

  • Design multi-flow intralogistics solutions integrating technical, organizational and process transformation aspects.
  • Analyze and optimize internal logistics flows to pool resources, standardize practices and integrate innovative solutions.
  • Draw up functional specifications for intralogistics, automated transport (AGV/AMR) and IT management solutions (WMS/WCS/TMS).
  • Integrate safety, quality, regulatory and ergonomic constraints right from the design phase.
  • Coordinate and monitor large-scale logistics projects.
  • Maintain a technology watch and disseminate best practices within the company.

Your profile

  • Master's degree in industrial engineering, logistics or supply chain management.
  • Certification in Lean management (Black Belt) and/or project management (PMI, Hermes or equivalent).
  • Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in logistics project management, ideally in a complex hospital or industrial environment.
  • Good knowledge of logistics IT tools (ERP, WMS, WCS, TMS) and excellent command of the MS Office suite.
  • Ability to manage change, communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders and rally support for cross-functional projects.
  • Excellent command of French (oral and written); knowledge of English and/or German is an asset.

As PLM Classification Project Manager (M/F), your role will be:

 

  • Definition, structuring, maintenance, and application of the classification framework (families, subfamilies, attributes, authorized values, coding and naming rules).
  • Classification and codification of data according to PLM standards, with completeness and consistency checks.
  • Drafting and updating classification standards and procedures, ensuring compliance with best practices.
  • Management of special cases: qualification, treatment proposal, and escalation if necessary.
  • Preparation and facilitation of professional workshops: classification of types, collection of discrepancies, trade-offs, convergence towards a standard, and formalization of decisions.
  • Analysis of business needs and data types.
