We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Manager in Equipment Design to lead the development, design, and implementation of process equipment within a regulated environment. You will oversee technical design activities from concept to qualification, ensuring compliance with engineering standards, project timelines, and GMP requirements.

Your role:

• Lead equipment design projects from feasibility through to commissioning and qualification.
• Coordinate mechanical, automation, and process design activities with internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop and review technical specifications, design documentation, and FAT/SAT protocols.
• Manage supplier relationships, including technical alignment, design reviews, and project follow-up.
• Ensure budget and schedule control across all project phases.
• Oversee change management and risk assessment related to equipment design and modifications.
• Support CQV teams during qualification phases and participate in design improvement workshops.
• Guarantee compliance with GMP, safety, and quality standards for all equipment.

Mission objectives :

• As part of the backend development team, you will be involved in the design, development and evolution of our application solutions based on Java and Spring technologies.
• You will play an active role in defining software architectures and implementing best practices in terms of security, quality and performance.

Technical skills required :

Languages & Frameworks

• Mastery of Java 17 minimum (ideally 21+), including functional programming
• Excellent command of the Spring Framework (Spring MVC / WebFlux / Reactor, Spring Security, Spring Data JDBC/JPA or R2DBC)
• Very good knowledge of Spring Boot, on the latest supported versions
• Mastery of SQL and relational databases

Architecture & development

• Experience in the design of distributed architectures and microservices
• RESTful API development and documentation (OpenAPI)
• Proficiency in writing unit and integration tests (JUnit 5, TestContainers or equivalent)
• Good understanding of application security concepts: oAuth2, OIDC, etc.
• Good knowledge of Maven, Git and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, SonarQube)

We are recruiting a Supplier Quality Auditor on a permanent contract to join our industrial expertise division as part of a large-scale, long-term project to expand our partner's activities.

As a Supplier Quality Auditor Inspector, your responsibilities will include :

• Implement and manage rigorous supplier qualification processes to maintain and develop a high-performance panel adapted to the company's needs.
• Carry out audits and compliance monitoring of suppliers, covering technical aspects, quality management systems, health-safety-environment and regulatory requirements.
• Continuously improve the quality assurance of assigned suppliers.
• Work closely with the Purchasing department to develop and implement the most appropriate sourcing strategy.
• Ensure coordination between suppliers, engineering, production and procurement to improve quality while reducing associated costs, particularly in connection with OTD.
• Define, manage and adjust the supplier audit plan in agreement with all stakeholders.
• Carry out external audits at subcontractors in Switzerland and abroad, with regular travel (approx. 80%).
• Work closely with the supplier inspection team responsible for monitoring production.
• Help suppliers analyze root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Monitor the application of corrective measures with suppliers to deal with deviations identified during audits or product non-conformity inspections.
• Organize and lead regular quality reviews based on supplier evaluation sheets.
