To join our teams in Geneva, we are recruiting an Industrialization & Environment Project Manager whose main mission will be to guarantee legal compliance and the reduction of environmental impacts in the context of industrial equipment acquisition projects.

 

 

The project :

  • Manage the continuous improvement of equipment specifications, integrating environmental and energy requirements.
  • Define objectives and guide the sustainability strategy for industrial equipment acquisition projects at production sites.
  • Promote and integrate eco-design principles into the development of new equipment.
  • On priority projects, ensure the management of environmental objectives, from the definition of specifications to industrial qualification, by mobilizing all stakeholders.
  • Evaluate technical concepts, validate proposed solutions and contribute to decision-making.
  • Organize the capitalization and valorization of environmental data in dedicated IT tools.
  • Participate in internal skills networks and cross-functional groups.
  • Communicate proactively and clearly with all your contacts.

Your profile

  • HES / EPF engineering degree, ideally in Environment, Sustainable Management, Energy or Ecodesign.
  • Good knowledge of environmental regulations and issues.
  • Proven experience (min. 5 years) in industrial project management, equipment procurement and eco-design.
  • Solid experience in change management and coordination of multidisciplinary teams.
  • Mastery of structured project management tools.
  • Natural leadership, team spirit, sense of service and adaptability.
  • Relational skills, clear communication and a collaborative attitude.
  • Fluent in English and French.

Maintenance Technician (Process Equipment)

Job Description:

  • Contribute to Life Science projects for Antaes Asia clients
  • Perform routine preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance on manufacturing and utility equipment (e.g. bioreactors, chromatography skids, ultrafiltration systems, mixers, autoclaves, CIP/SIP systems).
  • Troubleshoot mechanical/electrical issues to minimize equipment downtime and support uninterrupted production.
  • Assist in equipment installation, commissioning, and qualification (IQ/OQ/PQ) in compliance with regulatory expectations.
  • Create and update Bill of Materials (BOMs), spare parts lists, and maintenance documentation in CMMS/ERP systems.
