You will participate in the creation and implementation of innovative applications, mainly based on GenAI technologies.

We are recruiting a Cost Estimation & Industrial Performance Expert (M/F) on a permanent contract to join our expertise center as part of a large-scale, long-term project to expand our partner's activities.

As a Cost Estimation & Industrial Performance Expert, your responsibilities will include:

• Structure and formalize strategic impacts in order to drive the company's overall performance through the deployment of a genuineculture of time.
• Provide recognized expertise and monitor methodologies for time measurement fundamentals and methods for calculating associated impacts.
• Define, formalize, and optimize business rules, standards, and processes related to the calculation of operating times.
• Design and deploy performance indicators and metrics to monitor activity and process efficiency.
• Act asa time estimation experton division projects, working closely with the Production, Industrialization, Management, and Finance teams, as well as with internal and external partners.
• Support, train, and raise awareness among teams, partners, and management, playing a leading role in spreading and promoting aculture of time managementwithin the organization.

Within the Production division, you will be involved in a key strategic activity:calculating operating times.

Your role is to ensure methodological control of this expertise, demonstrate its impact on the company's overall performance, and promote a genuinetime cultureamong internal teams as well as industrial and financial partners.

In a context of industrial transformation, you will work within the Production division to oversee thedeployment of Model Based Enterprise (MBE)across all production sectors at the site.

This structuring project aims to develop industrial practices around digital product-process data by supporting field teams and ensuring the controlled scaling of new solutions.

We are recruiting a Laser Engineer - Industrial Sector (M/F) on a permanent contract to join our center of expertise as part of a large-scale, long-term project to expand the activities of our partner near La Chaux-de-Fonds. 

As a Laser Engineer - Industrial Sector, your responsibilities will include:

Launch of new products

• Preparation of production files
• Definition and optimization of2D/3Dlaser machining strategies
• Close collaboration with the technical office and methods teams

Technical studies and feasibility

• Analysis of clients requests clients specifications
• Feasibility studies according to materials (metals, polymers, ceramics, etc.)
• Research and definition of suitable laser parameters (power, frequency, speed, focus, etc.)

Continuous improvement & R&D

• Optimization of existing processes (quality, speed, repeatability)
• Participation in R&D projects and the development of new processes
• Technology watch on Femto/Nano laser processes

Industrial support and maintenance

• Participation in preventive and corrective maintenance of laser equipment
• Fault diagnosis and improvement of machine availability
