About the role

We are looking for anOrganizational Project ManagerConsultant to assist a project manager in leading a major program to reorganize and optimize space at a large hospital site.
Main activities :
- Support for project management and preparation of meetings (steering committee, minutes, reports),
- Participation in planning: Gantt charts, progress monitoring, coordination of detours and refreshment work.
- Support for analyzing team needs and preparing development plans.
- Budget monitoring (furnishings, construction work, equipment),
- Preparation and updating of project documents: RACI/RIDA, risk matrices, furniture/IT inventories, final assignments,
- Contribution to the project review and feedback.
Your profile
- Proven experience (minimum 10 years) in complex project management and change management.
- Proficiency in management tools and methods (MS Project, risk matrices, RIDA, accounting monitoring),
- Knowledge of workspace optimization and organizational challenges.
- Analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with planning tools.
- Interpersonal skills, ability to handle sensitive situations,
- Be independent and proactive,
- Previous experience in French-speaking Switzerland,
- Previous experience in a hospital environment,
- Fluent in English and French.

As a Project Engineer, you will be involved in all phases of projects related to district heating networks (pre-insulated steel) and district cooling networks (steel or GRP), from design to commissioning.
Your responsibilities:
- Technical design of thermal networks (district heating, district cooling, possibly CAD substations)
- Construction monitoring: coordination of works, monitoring of schedules, compliance with costs and quality standards
- Commissioning of facilities
- Participation in design and dimensioning calculations (networks, substations)
- Study monitoring: coordination with internal or external design offices
- Management of thermal projects: from the preliminary design phase to acceptance
- Support for production and operations teams
Design Draftsman - General Installation
Locations : Geneva

To join our teams in Geneva, we are recruiting aDesign Draftsman responsiblefor ensuring the quality, compliance, and updating of all technical documentation for the site.
You will also be responsible for graphic standards and the administration of CAD/CAM tools.
The project :
- Manage CAD Process work requests carried out internally or by external partners.
- Create, modify, and update technical documents (P&IDs, network diagrams, mechanical drawings, parts lists, etc.) using AutoCAD.
- Update the 3D model of the site with E3D.
- Ensure the proper management, storage, and archiving of technical documentation in the document management system (creation, versions, approvals, etc.).
- Administer CAD/CAM tools and participate in their development (configuration, software updates, IT collaboration).
- Draft specifications for subcontractors and ensure CAD/CAM standards are met on site.
- Collaborate with project and maintenance teams to ensure technical, graphic, and regulatory compliance of documents.
- Train and support users of CAD tools and internal standards (Engineering, Maintenance, Utilities, Production).

As part of the expansion of a technical team in Geneva, we are looking for aProject Engineer specializing in Chemical Engineeringto work on industrial projects and operational technical issues.
Your projects:
- Conduct technical studies from the design phase through to implementation, in accordance with site standards and procedures.
- Overseeing the chemical engineering aspects of projects (safety, budget, scheduling, technical coordination, monitoring deliverables)
- Draft technical specifications and coordinate studies entrusted to external partners
- Manage orders for equipment and services from suppliers
- Supervise on-site work as site manager
- Participate in the commissioning, adjustment, and testing phases of the installations.
