We are looking for anOrganizational Project ManagerConsultant to assist a project manager in leading a major program to reorganize and optimize space at a large hospital site.

 

 

Main activities :

  • Support for project management and preparation of meetings (steering committee, minutes, reports),
  • Participation in planning: Gantt charts, progress monitoring, coordination of detours and refreshment work.
  • Support for analyzing team needs and preparing development plans.
  • Budget monitoring (furnishings, construction work, equipment),
  • Preparation and updating of project documents: RACI/RIDA, risk matrices, furniture/IT inventories, final assignments,
  • Contribution to the project review and feedback.

Your profile

  • Proven experience (minimum 10 years) in complex project management and change management.
  • Proficiency in management tools and methods (MS Project, risk matrices, RIDA, accounting monitoring),
  • Knowledge of workspace optimization and organizational challenges.
  • Analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with planning tools.
  • Interpersonal skills, ability to handle sensitive situations,
  • Be independent and proactive,
  • Previous experience in French-speaking Switzerland,
  • Previous experience in a hospital environment,
  • Fluent in English and French.

As PLM Classification Project Manager (M/F), your role will be:

 

  • Definition, structuring, maintenance, and application of the classification framework (families, subfamilies, attributes, authorized values, coding and naming rules).
