About the role

Mission
- Formalize thestrategic impacts of time trackingfor overall performance management.
- Provide expertise andmonitor methodologiesrelating to the fundamentals of costing and time impact calculations.
- Define, formalize, and improvebusiness rules, standards, and processesrelated to the calculation of operating times.
- Design and deployindicators and metrics for measuring the performanceof the business and its processes.
- Act asa time estimation experton projects involving Production, Industrialization, Management, Finance, and internal/external partners.
- Support, train, and raise awareness among teams, partners, and managers abouttime culture.
- Play a leading role in disseminating best practices and methodological alignment.
Your profile
- Degree inindustrial engineering, mechanicalengineering, productionengineering, industrial organization, or equivalent.
- Experience inmanaging innovation or continuous improvement projects, including portfolio management.
- Proven experience incoordinating and leading teams(5 to 10 years) in single-site and multi-site environments.
- Proficiency inoperational costing methods, process analysis, and industrial standards.
- Excellent knowledge ofdata analysis toolsand industrial information systems (ERP, MES).

Project Manager – Model Based Enterprise (MBE)
In a context of industrial transformation, you will work within the Production division to oversee thedeployment of Model Based Enterprise (MBE)across all production sectors at the site.
This structuring project aims to develop industrial practices around digital product-process data by supporting field teams and ensuring the controlled scaling of new solutions.
Missions

Laser Engineer - Industrial Sector M/F
We are recruiting a Laser Engineer - Industrial Sector (M/F) on a permanent contract to join our center of expertise as part of a large-scale, long-term project to expand the activities of our partner near La Chaux-de-Fonds.
As a Laser Engineer - Industrial Sector, your responsibilities will include:
Launch of new products
- Preparation of production files
- Definition and optimization of2D/3Dlaser machining strategies
- Close collaboration with the technical office and methods teams
Technical studies and feasibility
- Analysis of clients requests clients specifications
- Feasibility studies according to materials (metals, polymers, ceramics, etc.)
- Research and definition of suitable laser parameters (power, frequency, speed, focus, etc.)
Continuous improvement & R&D
- Optimization of existing processes (quality, speed, repeatability)
- Participation in R&D projects and the development of new processes
- Technology watch on Femto/Nano laser processes
Industrial support and maintenance
- Participation in preventive and corrective maintenance of laser equipment

As a Project Engineer, you will be involved in all phases of projects related to district heating networks (pre-insulated steel) and district cooling networks (steel or GRP), from design to commissioning.
Your responsibilities:
- Technical design of thermal networks (district heating, district cooling, possibly CAD substations)
- Construction monitoring: coordination of works, monitoring of schedules, compliance with costs and quality standards
- Commissioning of facilities
- Participation in design and dimensioning calculations (networks, substations)
- Study monitoring: coordination with internal or external design offices
- Management of thermal projects: from the preliminary design phase to acceptance
