About the role
We are recruiting a Time & Industrial Performance Expert (M/F) on a permanent contract to join our expertise center as part of a large-scale, long-term project to expand our partner's activities.
As a Time & Industrial Performance Estimating Expert, your responsibilities will include:
- Structure and formalize strategic impacts in order to drive the company's overall performance through the deployment of a genuineculture of time.
- Provide recognized expertise and monitor methodologies for time measurement fundamentals and methods for calculating associated impacts.
- Define, formalize, and optimize business rules, standards, and processes related to the calculation of operating times.
- Design and deploy performance indicators and metrics to monitor activity and process efficiency.
- Act asa time estimation experton division projects, working closely with the Production, Industrialization, Management, and Finance teams, as well as with internal and external partners.
- Support, train, and raise awareness among teams, partners, and management, playing a leading role in spreading and promoting aculture of time managementwithin the organization.
Your profile
- Extensive experience inmanaging innovation and continuous improvement projects, including project portfolio management.
- Proven experience inteam coordination and leadership(5 to 10 years), with a proven ability to manage and bring togethersingle-site and multi-site networks.
- Proficiency inmethods for estimating operational times, process analysis, and industry standards.
- Excellent knowledge ofdata analysis toolsandindustrial information systems(ERP, MES, etc.).
- Excellent interpersonal and teaching skills, with a strong ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of people.
- Strong leadership, professional rigor, and the ability to bring teams together, support them, and train them in best practices.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle and resolve complex issues.

Nous recrutons en CDI un Ingénieur Projet Production Thermique H/F afin de rejoindre notre pôle d'expertise, dans le cadre d'un projet de grande envergure et longue durée, d'extension des activités industrielles de notre partenaire.
En tant que Ingénieur Projet Production Thermique H/F, votre rôle sera :
- Piloter simultanément plusieurs projets thermiques complexes et pluridisciplinaires, de l’étude d’opportunité jusqu’à la mise en service des installations.
- Concevoir, coordonner et suivre la réalisation de centrales thermiques (pompes à chaleur, chaudières, échangeurs de chaleur, chaufferies, etc.) dans le respect des exigences techniques, réglementaires et opérationnelles.
- Élaborer ou superviser les livrables techniques : cahiers des charges, spécifications, notes de calcul, schémas de principe, plans, estimations budgétaires et plannings.
- Assurer la gestion complète des projets (coûts, délais, qualité, risques) et garantir l’atteinte des objectifs fixés tout au long des différentes phases du projet.
- Coordonner l’ensemble des parties prenantes internes et externes (bureaux d’études, entreprises, fournisseurs, exploitants) et piloter les consultations, analyses d’offres et marchés de travaux.
- Gérer les aspects administratifs et financiers des projets, ainsi que les phases de réception des ouvrages, essais, mise en service et levée des réserves.

Nous recrutons en CDI un Chef de Projet Salle Blanche - Secteur Industriel afin de rejoindre notre pôle d'expertise dans le cadre d'un projet de grande envergure et longue durée, d'extension des activités de notre partenaire.
En tant que Chef de Projet Salle Blanche, vos missions seront :
- Assurer le pilotage global du projet de mise en production de la salle blanche.
- Définir et suivre les plannings, budgets, ressources et indicateurs de performance.
- Coordonner les différents intervenants internes et externes.
- Garantir le respect des délais, des coûts et des exigences qualité.
- Participer à la définition et à la mise en œuvre des processus de production.
- Accompagner le démarrage des équipements et des moyens de production.
- Identifier les contraintes techniques liées à l'exploitation de la salle blanche et proposer des solutions adaptées.
- Assurer la montée en cadence des activités de production.
- Veiller au respect des normes et procédures applicables aux salles blanches.
