About the role

We are recruiting a Time & Industrial Performance Expert (M/F) on a permanent contract to join our expertise center as part of a large-scale, long-term project to expand our partner's activities.

 

As a Time & Industrial Performance Estimating Expert, your responsibilities will include:

 

  • Structure and formalize strategic impacts in order to drive the company's overall performance through the deployment of a genuineculture of time.
  • Provide recognized expertise and monitor methodologies for time measurement fundamentals and methods for calculating associated impacts.
  • Define, formalize, and optimize business rules, standards, and processes related to the calculation of operating times.
  • Design and deploy performance indicators and metrics to monitor activity and process efficiency.
  • Act asa time estimation experton division projects, working closely with the Production, Industrialization, Management, and Finance teams, as well as with internal and external partners.
  • Support, train, and raise awareness among teams, partners, and management, playing a leading role in spreading and promoting aculture of time managementwithin the organization.

  • Proven experience inteam coordination and leadership(5 to 10 years), with a proven ability to manage and bring togethersingle-site and multi-site networks.
  • Proficiency inmethods for estimating operational times, process analysis, and industry standards.
  • Excellent knowledge ofdata analysis toolsandindustrial information systems(ERP, MES, etc.).
  • Excellent interpersonal and teaching skills, with a strong ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of people.
  • Strong leadership, professional rigor, and the ability to bring teams together, support them, and train them in best practices.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle and resolve complex issues.
