What you will do

  • Identify and develop key market segments and target customers aligned with the Company’s strategic objectives.
  • Proactively generate new business opportunities through research, networking, sourcing, and relationship-building to expand the client by conducting recurring on-site clients .
  • Sourcing and recruitment of highly skilled talent from different industries to support clientdigital transformation projects and Antaes' growth.
  • Own the client : tailor solutions, run killer kick-off meetings, and steward partnerships from introduction to renewal.
  • Build and lead a team of consultants: attract top talent, mentor junior consultants, and cultivate a culture of hustle, collaboration, and excellence.
  • Oversee the operational management and follow-up of client , ensuring delivery excellence in line with Antaes quality standards.
  • Implement cross-border solutions in collaboration with Business Managers across the group (including Singapore and Switzerland).
  • Slice the numbers: own the annual plan, track revenue and margins, manage your PNL, and course-correct with data-driven moves.

  • Consistently high levels of client and strong retention rates.

Your profile

  • Entrepreneurial, driven, and ready to "own it"—you love sales and pursue opportunities.
  • Initial experience in Business Development, Sales, Consulting, or Recruitment (client is a plus).
  • Master's degree or bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field (or equivalent hands-on experience).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, multicultural, international setting.
  • Fluent in English; other languages are a plus.

  • Maintain the Division/Department architecture reference documentation along with the changes brought about by projects:
  1. IT system diagrams (Division level, or per sub-block)

  • Lead the solution architecture on the projects he/she is assigned to:

  • TWS design and modification: Create new plans, perform impact analysis, forecast workload needs, and validate requests; maintain and evolve TWS configurations across environments (TWS, DWC, WebAdmin, framework, DB2, workstation agents).
