About the role
Location: Geneva, Switzerland
Start date: To be determined
Position: Full-time, on-site, 1 day of remote work
To join our teams in Geneva, we are looking for anindustrialization project manager who is an expert in industrial washing.
The missions:
- Manage and lead continuous improvement projects related to industrial washing operations.
- Contribute to investment projects involving washing equipment (industrial washing, electroplating, degreasing), from the definition phase through to commissioning.
- Provide cutting-edge technical expertise on washing methods and support their industrialization.
- Support production teams in resolving day-to-day issues and when existing processes deviate from the norm.
- Keep abreast of technological developments in your field of expertise in order to anticipate technical changes.
- Analyze and justify process improvement needs and participate in structuring continuous improvement plans and investment programs.
- Monitor and communicate on projects (quality, risks, costs, deadlines, key indicators).
- Lead project teams, oversee reporting, address discrepancies, and bring real added value to the decision-making process.
- Capitalize on best practices and contribute to the development and structuring of internal standards.
Your profile
- Engineering degree with a specialization in chemistry, applied electrochemistry, or surface treatments.
- Proven experience in managing large-scale industrial projects (over 20 years), including at least 6 to 10 years in the field of industrial cleaning.
- Essential expertise in washing and surface treatment technologies (detergent, solvent, plasma, etc.) as well as a network of detergent solution suppliers.
- Solid experience in an industrial environment, within a methods organization, managing cross-functional projects and coordinating multidisciplinary teams.
- Very good knowledge of industrialization processes and related tools.
- Recognized independence, analytical skills, and ability to synthesize information.
- Natural leadership and teaching skills enabling you to unite, motivate, and develop the skills of teams.
- Excellent organizational skills and technical proficiency, with a strong ability to quickly grasp the scope of assigned tasks.
- Ability to take a step back and lead cross-functional teams of experts.
- Proactivity, commitment, sense of responsibility, and strong initiative.

En tant que Constructeur Joaillerie Expérimenté F/H, vos missions seront :
- Concevoir les maquettes numériques et les plans de fabrication dans le cadre de l’industrialisation de nouveaux produits ainsi que des démarches d’amélioration continue (cinématique, intégration, ergonomie)
- Assurer la cohérence et la fiabilité des données techniques au sein des environnements PLM, KHEOPS et SAP
- Participer au déploiement de méthodologies CAO visant à optimiser l’efficacité opérationnelle de l’équipe (ex. : modèles 3D annotés)
- Contribuer aux projets d’amélioration continue et à la création de référentiels métiers
- Travailler en collaboration avec les différents services partenaires pour accompagner l’industrialisation des nouveaux produits
