As part of our expansion in Switzerland, our consulting firm is strengthening its recruitment team. The Recruitment Officer is involved in the entire recruitment process for consultants in theLife Sciences sector, working closely with operational managers.

 

 

Main tasks :

 

Recruitment process management

  • Collect and analyze recruitment needs from managers
  • Write and post job ads on job boards and professional networks
  • Actively source candidates (LinkedIn Recruiter, databases, etc.)
  • Selecting applications and conducting HR interviews
  • Coordinate interviews with managers and follow up with candidates
  • Participate in the final decision and salary negotiation
  • Ensure a high-quality candidate experience throughout the entire process

 

Management and coordination of the talent pool

  • Develop and maintain a pool of qualified candidates
  • Update and use the ATS/recruitment CRM
  • Monitor recruitment performance indicators (KPIs)

 

Monitoring and continuous improvement

  • Monitoring the Swiss job market and shortage occupations
  • Propose measures to optimize recruitment processes

  • Higher education (5 years of post-secondary education) in human resources, business, or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of professional experience as a Talent Acquisition specialist in theLife Sciencessector within a Swiss consulting firm
  • MANDATORYknowledgeforLife Science professions

 

 

Skills

  • Mastery of sourcing and interview techniques
  • Mastering LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Organization, autonomy, and sense of priorities
  • Results-oriented and client satisfaction

 

Languages

  • Fluent French essential (Level C2 / Native language)
