Job context

As part of our expansion in Switzerland, our consulting firm is strengthening its recruitment team. The Recruitment Officer is involved in the entire recruitment process for consultants in theLife Sciences sector, working closely with operational managers.

Main tasks :

Recruitment process management

• Collect and analyze recruitment needs from managers
• Write and post job ads on job boards and professional networks
• Actively source candidates (LinkedIn Recruiter, databases, etc.)
• Selecting applications and conducting HR interviews
• Coordinate interviews with managers and follow up with candidates
• Participate in the final decision and salary negotiation
• Ensure a high-quality candidate experience throughout the entire process

Management and coordination of the talent pool

• Develop and maintain a pool of qualified candidates
• Update and use the ATS/recruitment CRM
• Monitor recruitment performance indicators (KPIs)

Monitoring and continuous improvement

• Monitoring the Swiss job market and shortage occupations
• Propose measures to optimize recruitment processes

The missions:

• Manage and lead continuous improvement projects related to industrial washing operations.
• Contribute to investment projects involving washing equipment (industrial washing, electroplating, degreasing), from the definition phase through to commissioning.
• Provide cutting-edge technical expertise on washing methods and support their industrialization.
• Support production teams in resolving day-to-day issues and when existing processes deviate from the norm.
• Keep abreast of technological developments in your field of expertise in order to anticipate technical changes.
• Analyze and justify process improvement needs and participate in structuring continuous improvement plans and investment programs.
• Monitor and communicate on projects (quality, risks, costs, deadlines, key indicators).
• Lead project teams, oversee reporting, address discrepancies, and bring real added value to the decision-making process.
• Capitalize on best practices and contribute to the development and structuring of internal standards.

The project:

• Serve as the primary technical contact for production equipment and systems,
• Support and lead design, installation, commissioning, and qualification activities,
• Troubleshoot issues and drive corrective actions and process improvements,
• Ensure equipment is fit for use, compliant, and safe,
• Coordinate modifications, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives,
• Ensure compliance with cGMP, GEP, safety, and engineering standards,
• Participate in audits as a system expert,
• Lead the equipment obsolescence program,
• Work hands-on with operations in a fast-paced environment.

We are recruiting an Industrialization Engineer/Creo CAM Programmer (M/F) on a permanent contract to join our industrial expertise division as part of a large-scale, long-term project to expand our partner's activities.

As an Industrialization Engineer/Creo CAM Programmer, your responsibilities will include:

• Ensure the scheduling of production resources and guarantee their proper functioning in accordance with the objectives set (quality, service, cost).
• Carry out the scheduling of manufacturing resources in accordance with industry standards.
• Study tooling and documentation requirements and model the tooling needed for manufacturing.
• Provide technical support to the workshop in terms of issues, monitoring, fine-tuning, and qualification.
• Use and share technical documents (programming templates, technical databases) to standardize practices and methodologies.
