Your responsibilities:

As a Project Manager specializing in electrical panel construction, you are responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of projects assigned to the technical department, as well as for preparing technical proposals.

  • Develop technical activities related to electrical panels and switchboards;
  • Advise clients analyzing their needs, propose appropriate technical solutions, and identify relevant options;
  • Conduct technical studies in your area of expertise and prepare the corresponding reports;
  • Develop technical specifications for supplier solicitations and make recommendations;
  • Prepare and draft proposals for clients or external clients ;
  • Manage the project implementation phase: technical oversight, coordination of work, commissioning, acceptance, and resolution of any defects;
  • Ensure compliance with legal, environmental, and safety standards;
  • Provide client support (after-sales service);
  • Stay up to date on technological developments in your field of expertise.

  • CFC in Automation or equivalent training;
  • Federal certificate or additional training in electrical panel construction / project management;
  • At least 5 years of experience in a technical office;
  • Proven experience in a technical office specializing in electrical panels;
  • Extensive knowledge of manufacturing methods for electrical switchgear assemblies;
  • The ability to manage technical projects and coordinate multiple stakeholders;
  • Proficiency in office software (Microsoft Office / Office 365);
  • Knowledge of management tools or ERP systems (e.g., SAP);
  • Experience with technical or design software such as AutoCAD, electrical schematic tools, or BIM;
  • Knowledge of tools for calculating and preparing bids (such as CAN or equivalent);
  • Fluent in French and English.

As a Supplier Quality Auditor Inspector, your responsibilities will include :

 

  • Implement and manage rigorous supplier qualification processes to maintain and develop a high-performance panel adapted to the company's needs.
  • Carry out audits and compliance monitoring of suppliers, covering technical aspects, quality management systems, health-safety-environment and regulatory requirements.
  • Continuously improve the quality assurance of assigned suppliers.
  • Work closely with the Purchasing department to develop and implement the most appropriate sourcing strategy.
  • Ensure coordination between suppliers, engineering, production and procurement to improve quality while reducing associated costs, particularly in connection with OTD.
  • Define, manage and adjust the supplier audit plan in agreement with all stakeholders.
