About the role

We are hiring a PLM PMO Specialist (M/F) for a permanent position to join our center of expertise as part of a large-scale, long-term project to expand our partner’s industrial operations.

 

As a PLM PMO Specialist – Industrial Sector (M/F), your role will be:

 

  • Oversee and organize the governance of the program and project portfolio (prioritization, development of roadmaps and schedules, facilitation of meetings, decision-making, definition and monitoring of action plans, communication).
  • Lead and consolidate the Model-Based Enterprise (MBE) program by providing overall direction, planning, milestone tracking, dependency and risk management, decision-making, and project synchronization.
  • Ensure consistency and alignment in management practices, as well as the monitoring of multi-project programs in relation to PLM objectives (specifications, schedule, deadlines, milestones, risks, quality, value, and communication).
  • Coordinate and support project managers in operational management (prioritization, development of macro- and micro-roadmaps, monitoring of deadlines, milestones, risks, quality, value, and communication).
  • Organize and coordinate internal and external stakeholders (business teams, IT, partners, and suppliers).
  • Anticipate, analyze, and manage risks and dependencies; generate forecasts; monitor alerts; and prepare the necessary trade-offs.
  • Manage communications and facilitate meetings by preparing materials, ensuring reporting, leading committee meetings, drafting minutes, and following up on decisions and actions.
  • Design, document, and maintain a map of the product digital chain that provides a comprehensive overview, serves as a monitoring tool, and supports communication and promotion efforts.

Your profile

  • Hold a degree in engineering from a university of applied sciences (HES), a bachelor’s degree, a master’s degree, or an equivalent qualification.
  • Have at least 15 years of experience managing cross-functional program and project portfolios, including large-scale projects within large organizations.
  • Have at least 10 years of experience as a senior project manager, PMO, or in an equivalent role.
  • Hold recognized certifications in project management (PgMP, PMP, PRINCE2, IPMA).
  • Have at least 10 years of industry experience, with a strong command of product and process industrialization, related tools, and the challenges of digital transformation.
  • Master project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, hybrid).
  • Have proven technical expertise in PLM, CAD/CAM, MBE, MES, and ERP environments.
  • Be proficient in project management and collaboration tools (Office suite, Monday, MS Project, Jira, Confluence) as well as reporting principles.
  • Demonstrate cross-functional leadership, a sense of responsibility, and teaching skills.
  • Possess excellent written and oral communication skills (facilitation, materials, summarization).
  • Be able to manage priorities assertively, take the initiative, and be results-oriented.
  • Be able to bring business teams together and foster alignment and buy-in.
  • Demonstrate teamwork, independence, attention to detail, organizational skills, and a commitment to service and compromise.
  • Be fluent in French.
