En tant que Chef de Projet Junior - Machine Spéciale F/H, vos missions seront :

• Manage special machine development projects, taking into account functional requirements, technical feasibility and manufacturing constraints.
• Use CAD software to create accurate 3D models of components and assemblies.
• Carry out stress and performance analyses to guarantee the robustness and efficiency of designs.
• Prepare detailed drawings, technical specifications and manufacturing documents to guide production.
• Carry out tests and simulations to validate design performance and suggest improvements.
• Maintain a technology watch to keep abreast of trends and innovations in mechanical design.

• Vous assurez la gestion technique, administrative et financière des projets qui vous sont confiés dans le cadre des activités.
• Vous pilotez et coordonnez l’ensemble des phases des projets de développement de machines spéciales : études, achats, réalisation, sous-traitance, essais, emballage et expédition auprès des clients.
• Vous êtes un interlocuteur clé, aussi bien auprès des équipes techniques internes que des clients, et veillez à la bonne coordination des différents intervenants.
• Vous assurez le suivi et le reporting des projets sur les volets qualité, coûts et délais, en interne comme auprès du client.
• Vous participez à l’élaboration des offres commerciales en réalisant les chiffrages des futurs projets qui vous seront confiés.

As a Time & Industrial Performance Estimating Expert, your responsibilities will include:

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition (Core Focus)

• Drive end-to-end recruitment activities to support business growth
• Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels
• Screen, interview, and assess consultants based on client needs
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline aligned with market demand
• Match candidates to client opportunities and manage the placement process

Account Management

• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients
• Ensure successful delivery by aligning consultants with client expectations
• Anticipate future hiring needs and proactively source talent
• Support ongoing business development within existing accounts

Job Description:

-       Contribute to Life Science projects for Antaes Asia clients

-       Responsible for execution of batch manufacturing instructions in accordance with pre-defined procedures and training.

-       Ensures batch execution is performed with adherence process critical steps and ensures flawless execution

-       Provides inputs on operational and process related improvements to achieve site business targets and manufacturing excellence.

-       Performs technical verification of batch related recipes (POMS and DeltaV), manual operations and adhoc manufacturing documentations

-       Provides input in design of manufacturing recipe in DCS

-       Participate in digitalization projects and identify areas for process and operational streamlining

-       Adheres to safe work environment in accordance with regulatory and global/local EHS policies

-       Participates in safety risks assessments or participates in process hazard analysis as an operations representative (PHA)

-       Actively resolve batch related document errors in a timely manner

-       Communicates all events/ issues effectively with relevant stakeholders

-       Provide inputs for investigation–impact assessment and appropriate CAPA

-       Ensures overall plant upkeep during the shift and ensuring plant is always in audit ready mode

-       Oversees deliverables ahead, anticipates complexities and prevents potential

-       Ensures processes are running asper planned schedule with minimal delays. Highlights effectively to shift supervisor if delays are expected.
