Développeur IHM / Blazor - Secteur Industriel H/F

Antaes Asia is looking for a driven and entrepreneurial Business Development Manager to support our expansion in Asia. This role combines client acquisition and recruitment, making it ideal for someone who wants to develop a 360° understanding of how a consulting business grows.

You will play a key role in sourcing new clients while also recruiting the right consultants to deliver on project needs—ensuring a strong alignment between business opportunities and talent.

Key Responsibilities

Client & Business Development (Core Focus)

• Identify, target, and acquire new clients across key industries
• Develop and manage a pipeline of business opportunities
• Conduct outreach (calls, meetings, networking) to generate leads
• Understand client challenges and propose tailored consulting solutions
• Participate in contract negotiations and closing deals

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition (Core Focus)

• Drive end-to-end recruitment activities to support business growth
• Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels
• Screen, interview, and assess consultants based on client needs
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline aligned with market demand
• Match candidates to client opportunities and manage the placement process

Account Management

• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients
• Ensure successful delivery by aligning consultants with client expectations
• Anticipate future hiring needs and proactively source talent
• Support ongoing business development within existing accounts

Job Description:

-       Contribute to Life Science projects for Antaes Asia clients

-       Responsible for execution of batch manufacturing instructions in accordance with pre-defined procedures and training.

-       Ensures batch execution is performed with adherence process critical steps and ensures flawless execution

-       Provides inputs on operational and process related improvements to achieve site business targets and manufacturing excellence.

-       Performs technical verification of batch related recipes (POMS and DeltaV), manual operations and adhoc manufacturing documentations

-       Provides input in design of manufacturing recipe in DCS

-       Participate in digitalization projects and identify areas for process and operational streamlining

-       Adheres to safe work environment in accordance with regulatory and global/local EHS policies

-       Participates in safety risks assessments or participates in process hazard analysis as an operations representative (PHA)

-       Actively resolve batch related document errors in a timely manner

-       Communicates all events/ issues effectively with relevant stakeholders

-       Provide inputs for investigation–impact assessment and appropriate CAPA

-       Ensures overall plant upkeep during the shift and ensuring plant is always in audit ready mode

-       Oversees deliverables ahead, anticipates complexities and prevents potential

-       Ensures processes are running asper planned schedule with minimal delays. Highlights effectively to shift supervisor if delays are expected.

- Help promote Antaes' services in addition to providing support to clients

En tant que Ingénieur Distribution Thermique H/F, votre rôle sera :

• Participer aux projets de réseaux de chaleur et de froid, des études préalables jusqu’à la mise en service.
• Réaliser les études techniques des réseaux thermiques en canalisations préisolées et en polyéthylène (PE).
• Assurer le suivi de réalisation des réseaux et des ouvrages associés.
• Participer à la réalisation et à la mise en service des sous-stations de chauffage à distance (CAD).
• Gérer plusieurs projets simultanément en organisant les priorités et en collaborant avec les équipes concernées.

En tant que Senior Data Analyst PLM H/F, vos missions seront :

• Participer activement aux initiatives du service PLM en définissant les indicateurs clés de performance.
• Collecter et traiter les données provenant de sources variées : ERP, PLM, MES, LES et équipements.
• Restituer les résultats des analyses à l’aide d’outils de visualisation pour en faciliter la compréhension.
• Analyser les enjeux métier et les traduire en approches analytiques adaptées.
• Collaborer avec le département informatique pour automatiser le traitement des flux de données.
• Améliorer les outils d’analyse et de pilotage existants.
• Assurer une veille technologique sur les nouveaux outils et méthodes d’analyse de données.

We are recruiting a Créo Mechanical Designer F/H on a permanent contract to join our Industrial Expertise division, as part of a large-scale, long-term project to expand our partner's industrial activities.

En tant que Concepteur Mécanique Créo F/H, vos missions seront :

• Transfer and update technical files in the current data management database.
• Draw up complete component and assembly definition files, including mock-ups, geometric drawings and associated data.
• Search archives and legacy systems for existing definitions.
• Check and validate the accuracy of definition data when re-using it.
• Identify and coordinate requirements for geometric analysis, composition, material condition, assembly and marking.
• Propose definition changes and lead technical validation sessions.
• Support remanufacturing projects and manage the necessary adaptations.
• Use management and traceability tools to monitor activities.
• Write technical files in accordance with the processes applied to the components of production watches.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by proposing, communicating and optimizing methodologies.
