Vos responsabilités
About the Role:
As a Retail Project Manager within our clienteling team, you will be at the heart our client's retail ecosystem, overseeing a suite of retail solutions across all countries. Your role is pivotal in identifying and addressing the needs of the business users, ensuring the seamless operation of the IT Retail solutions, and driving the continuous improvement of the retail information eco-system.
Main Responsibilities:
- Ecosystem Management: Oversee the ecosystem of retail solutions, ensuring they meet the business needs and align with the group's quality standards.
- Solution Availability: Ensure the availability and proper functioning of IT Retail solutions, clienteling, and future solutions under study. Monitor system performance and issue alerts as necessary.
- Technical Training: Train and support team members to enhance their technical expertise.
- System Architecture: Participate in defining the IT system architecture, maintaining and developing interfaces with other solutions (ERP, CRM, OMS, eCOM, data warehouse, etc.).
- Integration and Improvement: Guarantee efficient system integration, propose improvements, and support business users with IT tools.
- Vendor Management: Maintain effective contact with suppliers and oversee application developments.
- Technological Vigilance: Ensure technological watch, challenge the existing systems, and manage the implementation of new solutions within the Retail IS.
- Testing and Deployment: Coordinate integrated and UAT tests and manage the solution deployment, including change management.
- Support: Handle certain qualified support requests (Level 3) and promote continuous improvement and automation of tasks.
- Collaboration: Foster effective collaboration between central and regional teams, maintaining a macro view of other teams' architectures.
Votre profil
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in an IT Retail department, preferably with experience in clienteling solutions.
- Proven track record in deploying/configuring integrated software packages in international environments.
- Proficiency in API management (best practices, use, testing, monitoring).
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and the Scrum Framework is a plus.
- Strong skills in knowledge transfer, with a focus on rigor and transparency.

Nous recrutons en CDI un Chef de Projet Industrialisation Produit Horlogerie F/H afin de rejoindre notre pôle d'Expertise Industrielle dans le cadre d'un projet de grande envergure et longue durée, d'extension des activités de notre partenaire situé à Genève.
En tant que Chef de Projet Industrialisation Produit Horlogerie F/H, vos missions seront :
- Planifier et animer les revues de convergences techniques, incluant les plans, le contrôle et les capacités des processus.
- Élaborer et industrialiser les gammes et nomenclatures des nouveaux produits.
- Piloter le planning des activités et gérer la levée des risques.
- Fédérer les ressources impliquées.

- Garantir la visibilité globale de la planification des projets NP.
- Proposer des stratégies d’anticipation et d’optimisation des flux.
- Assurer la mise à jour et l’évolution des données nécessaires à la planification.
- Garantir la cohérence et la synchronisation des projets dans les plannings.
- Participer activement aux projets transverses liés à l’amélioration des processus de planification.

Pour rejoindre nos équipes près de Fribourg, nous recherchons un Ingénieur Automaticien avec la maitrise de Beckhoff, Siemens, Rockwell.
Le projet :
- Développer, tester et valider des améliorations logicielles pour les machines outils CNC.
- Optimiser les performances des logiciels et rester à la pointe des technologies.
- Collaborer avec d’autres ingénieurs pour intégrer les solutions logicielles.
- Assurer la maintenance des logiciels existants et le support technique aux utilisateurs.
Project Manager – Equipment Design
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Manager in Equipment Design to lead the development, design, and implementation of process equipment within a regulated environment. You will oversee technical design activities from concept to qualification, ensuring compliance with engineering standards, project timelines, and GMP requirements.
Your role:
- Lead equipment design projects from feasibility through to commissioning and qualification.
- Coordinate mechanical, automation, and process design activities with internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop and review technical specifications, design documentation, and FAT/SAT protocols.
- Manage supplier relationships, including technical alignment, design reviews, and project follow-up.
- Ensure budget and schedule control across all project phases.
- Oversee change management and risk assessment related to equipment design and modifications.
- Support CQV teams during qualification phases and participate in design improvement workshops.
- Guarantee compliance with GMP, safety, and quality standards for all equipment.
