Job Description:

• Contribute to IT initiatives for Antaes Asia clients
• Delivery of comprehensive business analysis to provide solutions for business needs.
• Work with the project team including product owner, senior developers, architects, BA’s to deliver business requirements and improve business processes and systems.
• Work closely with stakeholders to define requirement and various artifacts around application development or enhancement.
• Specification of business rules for regulatory reporting, business operations and transformations.
• Functional design and testing of solutions.
• Maintenance and promotion of best practices around the data dictionary of the bank.
• Interaction with developers to define implementation specs.
• Interaction with other IT teams to explain and communicate on Data services
• Assisting with the daily operations through scrum, Jira and Kanban, techniques.
• Contribute to the promotion of Antaes services on top of assistance provided to clients

Working with Engineering Teams internationally, the Data Solutions Technical Architect provides and manages high quality architecture and design of Data Solutions for Banking Applications used for Capital Markets and Market Risk of an International Bank.

Job Description:

• Contribute to Life Science projects for Antaes Asia clients
• Lead a performing engineering team covering automation at site.
• Achieve financial objectives through efficient utility operation, cost improvement actions and optimal cost options.
• Planning & execution of PLC/HMI/SCADA qualification of all new and retrofit manufacturing equipment, packaging line related projects for the site.
• Ensuring best available technologies are incorporated by design.
• Techno commercial evaluations of consultants, vendors, and contractors.
• Delivering the project within the budget and timeline approved.
• Responsible for relevant project costing and annual budget preparation related to engineering, and manufacturing equipment.
• Coordinating with statutory authorities for relevant approvals.
• Complying with operational and personnel standards, regulatory and statutory requirements to ensure efficient, reliable, and uninterrupted operation.
• Ensure smooth handing over of the project to end-users, coordinate and ensure deliverables as per plan.
• Ensure the site manufacturing equipment are kept to the highest standards for cGMP, data integrity, audit trail requirements as per 21 CFR part 11, including Granulation, Compression, Packaging etc.
• Responsible for spares management and drawings management.
• Responsible for development SOPs and quality standard for site with following of site QMS procedures.
• Ensure to meet required the regulatory requirements (e.g. HSA, FDA etc.) and keep site audit ready for all the time.
• Responsible for managing a team of vendors / contractors.
• To assist on any ah-hoc duties that been assigned / task by the immediate superior.
• Contribute to the promotion of Antaes services on top of assistance provided to clients

JOB DESCRIPTION

The Engineer will be working closely with various teams in Engineering, Security, Operations and Development to maintain, deploy, and operate containerized solutions.

He/She will manage the administration of Kubernetes Clusters to ensure uptime and performance.

Job Responsibilities:

• Administration of Kubernetes platform
• Troubleshooting incidents/problems related to Kubernetes cluster & applications
• Monitor cluster health using standard monitoring tools, such as Dynatrace
• Working with vendors to manage obsolescence & remediate vulnerabilities
• Identify and propose automation wherever possible to improve system availability, productivity, and performance
• Escalate timely to management on possible risks, escalation matters, and management issues
• Review and create application Support knowledge articles.
• Ensure all production deliverables align with production standards and best practices.
• Thriving for continuous improvement of the production environment
• Redesigning legacy applications for container implementation
• Assist with Disaster Recovery, Business Continuity Plan exercise, and patching cycles

Job Description:

Technical Leadership & Quality Management:

• Manage technical deviations, CAPAs, and equipment/process troubleshooting.
• Conduct training and serve as SME for technical equipment.
• Perform risk assessments and gap analyses to mitigate quality and business risks.
• Lead root cause analysis sessions for quality deviations and equipment issues, implementing corrective actions.

Process Optimization & Continuous Improvement:

• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance yield, capacity, and cost-efficiency.
• Lead initiatives to reduce process variability and improve robustness, while maintaining compliance.
• Serve as the technical representative for process-related equipment issues.
• Manage start-up efforts for new equipment, software, or processes.

Project Management:

• Oversee projects focused on process optimization, troubleshooting, and new equipment introduction.
• Prepare necessary documentation, including protocols, reports, and risk assessments.
• Participate in design, development, validation strategy, and routine GMP activities.
• Represent MSAT during technical transfers and GMP activities.

Validation Coordination:

• Develop and troubleshoot validation processes, ensuring compliance with SOPs and regulatory guidelines.
• Execute validation studies, including protocol preparation, execution, data analysis, and reporting.
• Participate in audits and improvements to validation programs.

Audit Preparation & Management:

• Support and lead Management Monitoring (MM) audits.
• Participate in IBM audits, corporate, and regulatory inspections, providing expertise as SME.

Environment, Health, Safety, and Wellness:

• Promote and participate in site safety and wellness initiatives.
• Follow safety training and regulations, using PPEs correctly.
• Report unsafe situations and participate in safety inspections.

• The role involves working closely with MSAT Product Stewardship, Process Science & Manufacturing Technology teams, QA validation, and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and continuous improvements in manufacturing processes.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation to support operational activities, investigations, CAPAs, risk assessments, and continuous improvement initiatives. Ensure all actions comply with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs) and industry standards.
