Context:

• The Analyst will handle Application Support activities.
• Provide support for Olympic (Core Banking) and related interfaces and systems.
• Play a major role in handling Incidents, BAU service requests, and end-user queries.

Job Description:

• Provide L1/L2 Application support to end-users
• Ensure that unresolved tickets are escalated to appropriate individuals/teams based on established guidelines and procedures
• Provide a high level of customer services and maintains customer’s trust and confidence by creating positive customer relationships
• Adhere to Service Level objective target and roadmap
• Maintain knowledge articles.
• Assist on DR, BCP exercise and patching cycles

Job Description:

• Be a great team player, experienced in working with agile teams. Ability to collaborate closely with Developers, Business Analyst and Stakeholders.
• Conduct UX/UI reviews and manage necessary changes with the development team.
• Present and justify your design solutions based on user research with a clear understanding on the overall design roadmap, as well as your own design thinking and fundamental principles (i.e. colour theory, information hierarchy, etc.)
• Educate, plan, support and conduct user research / workshops with Business Analyst to collect qualitative and quantitative feedback from users.
• Create, improve and use hi-fidelity wireframes, prototypes, style guides, user flows, and effectively communicate your interaction ideas using any of these methods.
• Create clean and structured design files for better organisation.
• Manage and improve design components within Design System.
• Continually keep yourself and your design team updated with the latest changes in your industry’s standards.
• Being able to assist in creating / improving communication collaterals occasionally.

We are currently hiring permanent consultants as DevOps Engineers for new long-term projects for our Banking Clients, whose department is responsible for the development and maintenance of Capital Market applications used by worldwide users covering Transversal GMD & MCR, T2R, Front Office, Back Office, and Finance domains.

The Engineer will work on Market Risk, Counterparty Risk & Referential Collateral critical applications for the bank with strict response times and SLA to respect.

The Engineer will work on below main roles.

• Industrialization: Implement all necessary tools to manage the environments, the continuous integration, the continuous delivery and the processes execution.
• Environments: Manage and administrate environments from assembly to production (rules included), infrastructure implementation, operational usage.
• Operations: Execute the maintenance operations, delivery and environment monitoring.
• L3: Operate as L3 on non-production environments for delivery teams and also on production for support teams.

Job Responsibilities:

• Participate in the automation of the deployment solution.
• Participate in environment preparation for testing phases.
• Participate in developing tools to simplify day-to-day activities on the program.
• Facilitate coordination between program developers and infrastructure engineers.
• Ensure continuous improvement and maintenance of the CI-CD pipeline.
• Provide investigation help while fostering knowledge and sharing best practices with team members.
• Document processes and ensure they are properly followed.
• Ensure high-standard delivery to production.

• Fournir une expertise en efficacité énergétique appliquée aux moyens de production, avec une approche environnementale pragmatique.
• Réaliser des analyses approfondies et collaborer avec l’ensemble des parties prenantes pour identifier et proposer des solutions de réduction de la consommation énergétique.
• Accompagner les fournisseurs et les chefs de projet tout au long du processus d’acquisition des nouveaux équipements de production.
• Contribuer activement aux projets techniques ou piloter des initiatives d’amélioration continue.
• Prendre en charge ou soutenir les études de modification des équipements existants.
• Assurer l’animation et le suivi de la feuille de route "Efficacité Énergétique" du site.

The AAA & Actuate developer will be responsible for the design of solutions for the upcoming changes to the existing as well as new assets/applications within the Services division.

This role is technology-oriented, which includes defining development methodologies, hands-on development for new projects/evolutions, production L3 (Developer level) support, providing technical solutions, and performing POC for new relevant frameworks available in the market.

Knowledge and experience in the Wealth Management (Private Banking) domain is a good to have. (Portfolio Analysis, Order Management, and Advisory functions).
