• The Analyst will handle Application Support activities.
• Provide support for Olympic (Core Banking) and related interfaces and systems.
• Play a major role in handling Incidents, BAU service requests, and end-user queries.

Job Description:

• Ensure that unresolved tickets are escalated to appropriate individuals/teams based on established guidelines and procedures

Job Description:

• Be a great team player, experienced in working with agile teams. Ability to collaborate closely with Developers, Business Analyst and Stakeholders.
• Conduct UX/UI reviews and manage necessary changes with the development team.
• Present and justify your design solutions based on user research with a clear understanding on the overall design roadmap, as well as your own design thinking and fundamental principles (i.e. colour theory, information hierarchy, etc.)
• Educate, plan, support and conduct user research / workshops with Business Analyst to collect qualitative and quantitative feedback from users.
• Create, improve and use hi-fidelity wireframes, prototypes, style guides, user flows, and effectively communicate your interaction ideas using any of these methods.
• Create clean and structured design files for better organisation.
• Manage and improve design components within Design System.
• Continually keep yourself and your design team updated with the latest changes in your industry’s standards.
• Being able to assist in creating / improving communication collaterals occasionally.

We are currently hiring permanent consultants as DevOps Engineers for new long-term projects for our Banking Clients, whose department is responsible for the development and maintenance of Capital Market applications used by worldwide users covering Transversal GMD & MCR, T2R, Front Office, Back Office, and Finance domains.

The Engineer will work on Market Risk, Counterparty Risk & Referential Collateral critical applications for the bank with strict response times and SLA to respect.

The Engineer will work on below main roles.

• Industrialization: Implement all necessary tools to manage the environments, the continuous integration, the continuous delivery and the processes execution.
• Environments: Manage and administrate environments from assembly to production (rules included), infrastructure implementation, operational usage.
• Operations: Execute the maintenance operations, delivery and environment monitoring.
• L3: Operate as L3 on non-production environments for delivery teams and also on production for support teams.

Job Responsibilities:

• Participate in the automation of the deployment solution.
• Participate in environment preparation for testing phases.
• Participate in developing tools to simplify day-to-day activities on the program.
• Facilitate coordination between program developers and infrastructure engineers.

The AAA & Actuate developer will be responsible for the design of solutions for the upcoming changes to the existing as well as new assets/applications within the Services division.

This role is technology-oriented, which includes defining development methodologies, hands-on development for new projects/evolutions, production L3 (Developer level) support, providing technical solutions, and performing POC for new relevant frameworks available in the market.

Knowledge and experience in the Wealth Management (Private Banking) domain is a good to have. (Portfolio Analysis, Order Management, and Advisory functions).

• Accompagner notre client dans la digitalisation des processus RH, en identifiant et optimisant les processus cibles.
• Assurer l’homogénéisation des pratiques RH sur les différents sites.
• Coordonner les projets de digitalisation avec une approche centrée sur les métiers RH et les besoins des parties prenantes.
• Planifier, organiser et superviser des projets RH liés à la digitalisation, la migration de SIRH, et l’optimisation des processus métiers.
• Collaborer avec les départements RH (Paie, Recrutement, Gestion de Carrière) pour redéfinir et harmoniser les processus.
• Élaborer une roadmap stratégique RH adaptée aux enjeux de digitalisation.
• Assurer le suivi des projets en termes de qualité, budget, risques et ressources.
• Gérer la conduite du changement en impliquant les équipes et en facilitant leur adoption des nouveaux outils et processus.
